Some have sold but. It all. They are still conducting sales out of a model. In fact they are trying to offer a close to or almost finished product to entice more buyers.
We personally haven’t had any issues with medical care. We continue to have more and more new medical facilities built so we hope that brings more options to the area. Thanks for watching.
Yes, my co-workers travel to Phoenix for specialists. My wife went to a Podiatrist here recently and didn't get the care she'd hoped for. It could be worse. When we lived in Durango, co-workers travelled to Denver or Phoenix to see specialists. Here it's a relatively easy drive.
Are you realtors? You said you love Prescott history stories, when you responded to me.Heres a little more. M y great grandparents ,the Dearings and Simmons donated the land for the Prescott PIONEER Cemetery. They are buried there ,along with my grandparents and his relatives. On Google the Sharlot Hall Museum has the Dearing park history and an old ranch house picture from Arizona Highways. Also "Homesteading the Dearing ranch" is a recorded presentation by my grandfather, telling stories of his growing up, including shootings and Indian problems. You are probably tired by now of my going on and on. I'm watching your UA-cam posts ow with interest.
I was just in Prescott Valley last week. It is really growing. It has everything you can think of. I prefer actual Prescott. Prettier and cooler.
We love both definitely. It is nice that they are so different yet so close to each other. Thanks for watching.
I want to move to Prescott vly. Hopefully it will out.

As a close by resident,I am always wondering are these homes spoken for? I cant imagine the builder building just in hopes of selling them.

I’m curious about the quality and availability of healthcare in the area. I assume people travel to Phoenix for the specialists?
