The prices on the house site, is it the same thing when you get it physically?

Yes it is. But most landlords would require you to pay the first and last month's rent before you move in, so that's the price on the site times two.

@@ujiroasagbra3951 please I don't really get your point. Do you mean regarding the duration of the contract. Then you will be paying the months in between

Yes. If the contract is for one year, say starting from January. Before you move in, you would pay for January and December, then every month you would pay the normal rent. If you destroy something in the house, or you want to break your contract (that is leave the house before December) you might have to forfeit your deposit. Hope that makes sense
