you would think there is a standard if you watch my other video it explains that many riders have speeds from 15km up to 22km and they all could be on the same firmware it is just weird

But even if they get 22km... that's still only 13.5mph... The title of your video says 17.5MPH which is just totally wrong. To add, the speed limitation is set in the Segway, NOT the app. The app just reports data from the Segway.

it was an older version of the app the newer version has fixed that locked back at 10mph

All you've done is changed the setting from mph to kph. You've increased nothing but your reputation as NOT a Genius. I have 9000 miles on my two segways. I know what I've talking about.

U go Into the app and turn the speed limit mode off.. mine goes 17.87 MILES PER HOUR MPH NOT KPH !!

When I turned my speed limit off.
.The fastest I can get it to go is 10.6 mph. There’s absolutely no way to get it to go any faster.
If there’s any kind of a firmware hack please let me know

19kmh is 11.8mph.... Mine will go that fast. That is still nowhere close to 17.5mph like your title claims.
