Field hockey is my fav sport and so underated: you say hockey and everyone goes ‘Oh Ice Hockey?’ And then im just like AAHHHHHHH
Feild hockey is pretty nice but I personally really enjoy ice hockey, but maybe that is the Canadian in me .

Yes I’ve been playing since I was 6 and I can definitely say it hurts at first but once your used to it it’s just second nature really and it no longer hurts

how does the size of the country prevent a club system when we have several sports leagues?
Cost of travelling, scheduling of the games. Major league don't mind because they have to money to use charter flight. But lesser league and more obscure sport don't have the means to play games on a weekly basic if you have to travel every time by planes. If you're in England for example most major cities are a couple of each others. Way easier that way to have a league.
@@TheDenigreur and english leagues tend to have several teams in the same city unlike american ones and they have that tier system there.

Yes but there are pitches that aren’t but they are nicer when wet and easier to play on

It’s not got a specific gender so to speak, but it’s not really taught to men in a few/most schools
this is a WOMENS world cup
In USA, exclusively women play. In the rest of the world, both genders compete.
