As a Canadian, i'm absolutely appalled at the behaviour of the Canadian players. this is the second video of the canadian ball hockey team that i've seen and they come off as a bunch of idiots... probably because they are. no class what so ever. hopefully, the powers that be draft a whole new team, because these guys don't deserve to wear our jersey.

At least for the USA you are invited to multiple tryouts across the country. You are invited by impressing a scout at a national or local tournament that scout is at. Once you are invited their are around 3 base tryouts. After his a about 2/3 of the people are eliminated and the remaining are invited back. After the final tryout a roster of 20 people is made including an additional extra roster squad. Still after this you must raise around $2500 to travel to these global tournaments.

Ak je loptička zavedená alebo prihraná za útočnú modrú čiaru a nie je to postavenie mimo hry, útočné pásmo sa rozšíri až k strednej červenej čiare (modrá čiara prepláva na červenú). Ak je loptička odohraná späť cez strednú červenú čiaru do stredného pásma, alebo útočiaci hráč spôsobí prerušenie hry, modrá čiara sa vracia a opäť ohraničuje útočné pásmo.
Don’t get me wrong. Playing ball hockey in a parking with with friends is fun. But an actual international tournament? The game is so slow and clunky and that ball bounces way too much.

@@vetreferee That might be the problem. In some countries ball hockey is popular enough that there's people who specialize in it. In Canada it'll always be second tier compared to ice hockey. There's a few European countries where ice hockey, ball hockey and field hockey are all popular; some of them are big on bandy too. Canada is pretty much all about ice hockey, to the point you don't normally need to specify. 😅

you either are invited to a tryout or sign up for open try outs around the country, throughout the year. they pick the best of all tryouts.
Look into a local league, they're likely affiliated with a higher up organization that can provide details on the pathway.
