    Welcome back or welcome to my channel!
    Set myself up for a 4 week challenge to get my shit together and back on track.
    Eating more wholefoods
    10,000 steps
    30 min workout
    3L of water everyday
    8 hrs min of sleep every night
    For 4 weeks 11/6/24 - 9/7/24
    Hope you enjoyed or this inspires you in someway to live your healthiest life.
    I lovvvveeee food so still enjoying food no calorie restrictions just eating more mindfully over this challenge.
