As someone who worked in the civil service on two separate occasions, I can confirm absolutely none of the people in any position of management in the civil service could organise a bath. They are all completely incompetent chancers. I wouldn’t hire them to pull weeds from a garden.

Every major company has a database where they store all their statistical data, so that a full overview of key performance figures may be available within a few minutes AT ANY GIVEN TIME. How come the Home Office has no centralized database where they log important figures?
This is very strange and stranger still that there is no mechanism seemingly for forcibly discovering the information they are asking for. I feel that illuminated in this brief discussion is the full sickness of the British State, for whilst we normal citizens live our lives struggling to better ourselves and our country, if our cumulative efforts are concentrated and then break upon the rocks that is the incompetence of the civil service, what in the end are we all striving for?
How do we get all these agency people who are supposed to be specials in hospital but havent got a clue how to wash or toilet patients. my friend has just left home care she said they are still employing anyone our elderly and disabled are being so let down by whoever is employing them ,she also thinks all the companies are getting handouts for employing them .
