    Ingredients:
    Besan/gram flour-1 cup
    Baking soda-1 small pinch
    Water-3/4th cup
    Sun flower oil-1 spn
    Oil for deep frying
    Ghee-2 tbspn
    Cashew nuts-10
    Raisins-10
    Sugar-3/4th cup
    Edible camphor-small
    Cardamon powder-1/2 spn
    Procedure:
    1) Into a mixing bowl take Besan/gram flour-1 cup and baking soda-1 small pinch, Water-1/4th cup and mix well. Do not add too much water. Add only required amount of water to form batter. It should be lump free batter. At the last add Sun flower oil-1 spn and mix well.
    2) Take a kadai and heat oil. Heat the oil till, when u drop small drop of batter, it should rise up immediately. Place boondi ladle over oil and take ladleful of batter. Pour on boondi ladle and stir with a spoon so that batter falls into the oil. Every time clean boondi ladle while during this process. Fry for few seconds and remove immediately. It will be light and crispy out side and soft inside. Repeat the same with rest of batter.
    3) Heat a kadai and add Ghee-1 tbspn and melt it. Add Cashew nuts-10 and fry till color changes. Add Raisins-10 and fry till raisins pops up and keep aside.
    4) Add Sugar-3/4th cup to the same kadai and add Water-1/2 cup. Stir till sugar is dissolved. Boil for 5 -8 mins on medium flame. Check for 1 string consistency and immediately add boondi. Keep in mind flame should be on low. Mix well. Boondi absorbs the syrup. Add Ghee-1 spn and mix gently.
    5) Add fried dry fruits, edible camphor-small, Cardamon powder-1/2 spn and Ghee-1 spn(if needed) and mix every thing well. Mix till syrup is absorbed well. Turn off stove. Allow to cool down for 3 mins and take a bowl and transfer medium hot boondi. Start doing laddus with all the mixture.
