Beautiful artwork. Do you by any chance think about posting more information about how you model in Blender? Timelapse video or even tutorial (even paid one)? Thanks for letting me know.
Thank you very much! I don't have time to do a tutorial at the moment, but I really want to do a character creation serie in Blender, for free, here on UA-cam at one point. Maybe around fall 2024 😅.
It depends of a lot of parameters ^^ and I don't think that you should be motivated by the money to do it as a carreer. It's very rare to make all these aspect yourself for production, because each aspoects can be a specific job itself, there is people specialized in grooming, tecturing etc. I would say, only for modeling. I would say around 1000 dollars for a complete character like that.@@daniyal010
Love the vid! I always wonder what kind of shaders do you use to get that slimy texture coat on the fishy guys. Anyways, love the vid! the characters look A-Fucking-Mazing
@@lonelyberg1808 Merci :) UA-cam academy haha ^^ Je n'ai pas fait décole, totu en autodidacte, je sonne quelques ressources pour apprendre en ligne sur mon insta. tchuss :)
Thank you very much, I didn't showed much topology because it wasn't a priority to get good topology here, but it's ok, I used mostly "Quadremesher" addon.
Because Blender is free, and there is a lot of tutorials on UA-cam, so I started learning 3D with Blender, learning with UA-cam tutorials. Also I love that I can do everything in the same soft, I don't have to spend time learning other softs. So the real question is, why bother with other softwares 😜
To constantly be improving I guess, being multifaceted is my personal goal as a 3d generalist... Pirate Bay will get you every software you could need for free if that's what's holding you back from upgrading. You get what you pay for is all I'm going to say about all of that, free is not a good enough reason to hold myself back personally from reaching industry standards. Just a personal thought piece. You're stuffs so great it barely matters, but like it kinda does too though. ☺️ I also watch all my big boy 3d tutorials from UA-cam.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Can you tell me in wich ways you see that using blender is holding me back in my work please, maybe I could improve these aspects 😃
@@JimmyClay-art Delving into higher-end tools like Maya, ZBrush, Cinema 4D, and Houdini can be a transformative step in your 3D journey. Maya's animation prowess is unmatched, offering not just a platform for character movement but a comprehensive set of tools for rigging, simulations, and visual effects. Imagine the ability to craft scenes with cinematic fluidity and precision, elevating your animation projects to a professional standard that goes beyond Blender's capabilities in certain aspects. Now, consider ZBrush's sculpting finesse. Its detailing capabilities empower artists to breathe life into characters with intricacies that transcend the limits of general 3D modeling. If your passion lies in character design for gaming or film, mastering ZBrush opens doors to a level of realism and detail that Blender might struggle to achieve at the same level of efficiency. The artistry and depth achievable through ZBrush are not just about modeling; they are about creating digital sculptures that resonate with a level of authenticity that captivates audiences. Expanding your toolkit further, Cinema 4D beckons those with a flair for motion graphics. Its intuitive workflows and powerful rendering capabilities enable the creation of visually stunning animations and effects, setting the stage for dynamic presentations or eye-catching visual content. Meanwhile, Houdini's reputation for advanced simulations and procedural modeling can be a game-changer for those seeking a more algorithmic and dynamic approach to their 3D projects. The precision and control it offers in simulations open up new possibilities, giving you an edge in industries where realistic simulations are paramount. Embracing these tools not only broadens your skill set but also positions you at the forefront of industry standards, ensuring your work stands out in the competitive landscape of 3D design and animation.
Nice artwork collection 💯👍
Dat is overwhelmingly good character design, i see you at pixar or dreamworks rn
Thanks a lot for your support! I just got hired at Illumination actually 🤩🤗
amazing how you did dynamic poses, like you can tell the personality of a character. Great work
I am so glad to hear that! Thank you so much!!

Thank you very much! 😃🙏
Awesome talent, and the fact you master Blender, will get you to places. Congratulations!
Thanks! 😃
Great work! One question: How much does one of these character models sell for?
Thanks, they are not for sale, it's just portfolio projects 😊
I want to pursue 3D modelling but only if it pays good amount of money. You could say I'm looking for a motivating answer! 😅
