I cannot believe that nearly 6 weeks have gone by so fast and I am already back in Bangkok and will be back home in only one more day. As you all know, I almost will never pass through Bangkok without stopping at the Chatuchak Weekend Market and today is Saturday so let's get it. I had to go anyway to meet with one of my animal suppliers so kill two birds with one stone. I had to send off one of my extra luggage bags on the bus which is also very close by so I actually took care of three things in one trip. Thanks for watching!!!

The plane was absolutely full and the seat next to me was empty...what are the chances of that? Always nice to be able to stretch out while confined to an airplane for over 12hrs. The second 7hr. leg not so lucky but I did reserve an aisle seat so that is always better for me.

I don't know you do it i can literally sleep for 24 hr and be just as tired as if i sleep 4.
Probably that 31 year span of having to be on duty regardless of how much sleep I got. I rarely use alarm clocks these days but once I wake up I am 100% awake instantaneously.

I asked her if she wanted to fly down and meet me and we could head off to a beach resort somewhere for a mini-vacation but she said let's save our money since we already are celebrating our wedding anniversary at a nice island resort in exactly 4 weeks.

Well you can buy lambos and bentleys inside the biggest shopping malls so there are a lot of very wealthy people here along with a lot of very poor people and everything in between. This is probably the biggest reptile hub in the world and many animals come through here and have done so for many decades. I believe the ringed pythons came from Japan but don't ask me if they come with paperwork.@@matthewcoffey2672

Croc monitors look cute when they are young, when they are adult they have longer teeth than the Komodo dragon and only suitable for the absolute experienced monitor keeper. They can inflict serious injuries. I stick to tree monitors and my little Australian monitors...

If I ever have many fish tanks for single species, yes. There are many very interesting fish like abba abba, wolf fish and snake heads that are really neat but single species tanks only.

Hey bro, Palumbo made a video touring Underground Reptiles.......as a 35 year reptile guy I was always leery of them however they had awesome stuff.
I know that you bring in imports but I know you guys are not wiping out the wild and your animals are taken care of and treated and bred to get captive populations going.
How do you feel about Underground?
Sounds and looks like they just yank from the wild from whomever, animals look skinny and beat, and I don't think they treat anything before selling them, but I may be wrong............
I really have no idea about Underground, Strictly and any of the other import companies in the USA. We operate completely different and also at a different level as we are one step above what they do. We are not based in the USA so we do what we do overseas and offer select imports in the USA mostly by pre-order so we don't have holding facilities full of stock. We also put a lot of care into what we do sell so whether that is different or the same as what typical importers do in the USA I could not say. I will say this....for a foreign supplier to get let's say a nice locality python for you, they may have to take from the trapper 500 WC dumpy frogs, 23 WC Tiliqua and 200 skunk geckos. In order for someone like Underground to get that same locality python for you, the exporter will need to also send a decent portion of those frogs, Tiliqua and skunk geckos. Then if you buy your one special python from Underground, it could be unfair to judge them for having all those extra species sitting in stock because they were forced to take it so they could get you your one python. It is just how it works in some countries. However, if all those extra animals are not given proper care that is a different story. US Global Exotics is just one example. In Malaysia, the system is not like that but other countries it usually is.

@@alexphillips1885 Yeah, I don't go to the ones advertised as the you see in the thumbnail but I am a creature of habit and go to the same one that is next to the hotel that we also regularly stay at. Jet lag had me starting to knock out several times during the massage but man did I sleep good.
