Rewinch - How to connect/disconnect batteries

Hello. The unit obviously need all four batteries to work for approximately 20 pulls. But only one of the four batteries can be charged at a time correct? and each battery takes how long to charge?

Hello James! Rewinch charger can charge the batteries all at once. Full charging time is about 50 to 60 minutes (all together). Our new charger (not the one in the video) can also charge the wireless remote at same time. If you have any other specific questions, please let us know or drop us an email. Thanks.

what gives more power 2 normal battery packs or 1 of the high capacity ones?

Hey Dynie! The difference between standard battery packs or the high-capacity ones are just in terms of running time. Rewinch peek power is the same regardless the battery capacity. We do prefer to use the standard ones as they are more portable and easy to carry around! Some of our clients use to get 2 standard packs as it give them more options for their sessions.
