What a way to cap a milestone career that has literally touched millions of hearts and souls and his music will live on to do the same for future generations. The lyrics are truly timeless. Thanks for delivering joy and may you live on in our hearts when we hear that "special song that sounds like it was meant especially for us"!
In 1968 I went to a concert in a downtown Hotel. The room was crowded and small, the band had 4 members and the drum set had big barrel drums mounted above the drummer. Little did this naive little girls would soon meet Bob Seeger and the Seeger System. It was loud, great and I felt the drums all thru my body. I was singing, jumping and dancing the rest of the concert. Fast forward Bob was always in my playlist and in 2019 my husband and I caught a concert on his last tour. The magic was still there and I forced my way to the aisle and danced the whole concert away at 65, my husband was so embarrassed. That 14 yr old girl had to break out. Bob time to live your own best life. 🤩
He's so humble... Makes me love him all the more!! Thank you Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band!! There will NEVER BE ANOTHER YOU!! ONE LOVE!!❌⭕😘🥰🙏👍💕💞💕💞💕💞💕💞💕💞
Such a great singer and person. Loved this man for many years and always will. Seen him so many times. He's my all time favorite. God Bless you Bob Seger ❤
I seen his final tour in Memphis , TN. Legendary artist, songwriter, singer, performer, musical genius, lyricists. My all time favorite singer. From the time i was born in 1968, until I pass on. Im almost 55 June of this year and I wish I could see him in concert just once more. He truly is a Legend!!
Wow 🥰 … last song of Bob’s masterpiece Stranger in Town, which I’ve listened to probably more than any other Rock album. Knew Bob had retired, but didn’t know he ended his performing career with this oh-so-appropriate song 😢❤. Vita Brevis, Ars Aeterna 🙂❤️! Bob & Silver Bullet live forever on my stereo - well done, and good night, Bob 🥲❤!
@officialbobseger39 Bob, I’m in late junior high school, 1976, when I began to hear of this amazing thing called Live Bullet. This was the year after it came out, so my highschool years were filled with my love of Live Bullet and five or six other contemporary albums, with an almost religious fervor in certain cases. As I stated above, I went head over heels with Stranger in Town! Literal soundtrack of my life, from the time it was new, my sophomore year of highschool. Major highlight of my life was seeing The Silver Bullet Band on the Against the Wind Tour. One of the two greatest live Rock shows I ever saw! A memory cherished forever! - Steve
There was a comment that the crowd was quiet and respectful during the song. NOT ALL THEM WERE!!! For it being "quiet ", I sure heard A LOT OF JIBBER-JABBER in the background. 😤😤😤🤯🤯🤯 Since I've been in a cave, when did Bob Seger decide to stop touring?✌✌✌✌
I have been a fan since I was 13 and will be one forever ,now I am almost 62

Michigan girl have seen him at Pine Nob!!! 5x other places. My Son and Daughter took me to my first outdoor concert was Seger!!! Wonderful..
There should not be one person in this audience saying a word during this performance. How rude.
There was a comment that the crowd was quiet and respectful during the song. NOT ALL THEM WERE!!! For it being "quiet ", I sure heard A LOT OF JIBBER-JABBER in the background. 😤😤😤🤯🤯🤯

Roger Daltrey respects Segar so much he wants Bob to write some songs for him.
Still the same! The best!

Who keeps talking thru the whole song?!

I saw him only 1 time 1976 or 77 opening for Black Sabbath, That may sound unusual but not in those days man they were both incredible!!!
