Glad you are back after the take down. I appreciate this video. I attended your session at the Convention. I like your quote "Speed isn't conditioning".
Can you make a video on how we can improve girls hips movements, what drills we can do ,how many set etc.. for soccer girls. Actually in soccer girls hips movements are very slow compared to boys.
You want each drill to be max effort to train Central Nervous System. Does a player maybe feel ready to go again in 10seconds? Sure. But will they go at the same INTENSITY? No. Take the long rest. It is intentional for max output of all speed drills.
@@alenjomy2438 of course. After all drills - high knees, hops, jumps, and sprints - should be out of breath. Empty the tank for 6 seconds or less, long rest. People hold their speed back when rest times are rushed. Truly hard to get a speed adaptation that way. Shorter rest times turns into a *conditioning* drill.
I go through everything once. The only thing you do twice are 10M flys. Volume changes in off season and as athlete progresses and needs a new stimulus. Get them consistent with this for a season and into good habits before you move on.
I had to re-do some slides due to copyright issues from videos I used of Mbappe and other pro players, so UA-cam deleted it. Stay tuned for updated one in next few days. I use my athlete videos instead which worked out better. 😃

Thanks Erika🙌⚽⚽
Of course!

In micro dosin speed after every movement why we should take 1 minute rest? Rest time is too long, whats the reason?

Erica, do you cycle thru these exercises or only go thru them once?

What happened to last nights video? Sent it to my daughter and has been removed! Can you help?
