I will forever say this classifies as a 'perfect' mix. Fresh, lively, melodic, rhythmic, skillful, soulful, jazzy, simply stupendous. I come to this when I need a boost. Which is frequently. And I always listen to the whole set. Alison's genius is a Wonderland for sure.

Seeing her on new years was incredible and its honestly one of the best sets ive ever had the pleasure of seeing. Her energy is amazing and this crowd cant match it.
i love this set because its not only filled with good music, but it gives everyone a chance to see what actually happens on the cdjs. like I'm not an aspiring dj or anything. the closest i relate myself to a dj is being an audio engineer hobbyist and i find djing extremely cool. a lot throughout the set and many other dj's sets i find myself studying what they do and often times replaying when they queue a song and stuff like that. don't know why i just think its the coolest thing and i thought i would share lol
I'm a bass player and guitarist and not really all that impressed with the knob twisting and slider adjusting. I like this kind of music, and there's a lot of effort made into producing the tracks, but playing them is, meh, not nearly as complex as playing an instrument. Just my two cents. Peace.

This is by far her best set and has been my favorite since it came out, it tells a great story with great feeling, and she brings us back to a calm euphoria at the end. Big fan since this set. I first saw this in 2015 when I really found it good. 3 years later, listened to her live at her first performance in Romania. Now, 2019, keep listening to this mix from time to time, waiting for the day in which I will see her perform again. One of the most underrated DJs out there, not because of the music, but because of the live performance.

I'll be honest, I would take a few pics and maybe a short vid (especially if it's pics with her) but that would be probably only 6 min out of the whole set. I would go there to have a great time and to SEE her ! She's got some real skill and cleverness when selecting her tracks and doing her transitions / mash ups. The whole time I watched this I was freaking out over how much of a genius she is. I freaking love her. Ppl can say '' she's not using headphones'' but when a DJ knows their music and the mix isn't pre-recorded and it's close to perfection as this mix was, you're golden. Her timing is ON POINT and she's still using her ears to DJ. and you can't say she uses ''sync'' (although nothing against ppl who use it right) because she's still beatmatching by ear (you see she plays around with the decks / jog wheels... wtv u call them haha)

Seriously what's wrong with my generation? These guys get invited to an awesome event with a great DJ and all they do is check their phones or film her. Is it really to much hassle to put your snapchat bullocks in your pocket for an hour. Just sad.

I'll be honest, I would take a few pics and maybe a short vid (especially if it's pics with her) but that would be probably only 6 min out of the whole set. I would go there to have a great time and to SEE her ! She's got some real skill and cleverness when selecting her tracks and doing her transitions / mash ups. The whole time I watched this I was freaking out over how much of a genius she is. I freaking love her. Ppl can say '' she's not using headphones'' but when a DJ knows their music and the mix isn't pre-recorded and it's close to perfection as this mix was, you're golden. Her timing is ON POINT and she's still using her ears to DJ. and you can't say she uses ''sync'' (although nothing against ppl who use it right) because she's still beatmatching by ear (you see she plays around with the decks / jog wheels... wtv u call them haha)

If you look closely she doesn't do shit, most of the time when she reaches out and acts like she turns something up or down she actually does nothing or barely moves it.
This is basically a pre recorded and song all she does is dancing infront of the deck.
btw. she doesn't look that much on the deck.
