Rebecca, God helps those who help themselves. Fate is what we are born into. Destiny is what one does with it. You must pick your purpose by evaluating the response somewhere in your body to your various activities and skills. That which appeals to us most usually suits us best. I make a sound. I will typically envision taking some actions, arriving some place or being around someone and something in me almost groans or it sort of smiles. It is like, “Nunh unh,” or, “Okay. Yeah.” Like that, sort of a felt response made audible.
It's odd that I stumbled across this article on the internet and thought about my journey, last year7-26-2023 I went into Cardiac Arrest and stopped breathing for 7 minutes they brought me back and I was placed in a medical-induced coma the next day i woke up on my own that day they took my tube out of my throat, the day after that all IV's were removed and the next day i was taken out of ICU and placed in a regular room. I know within my heart it was nothing but God, he has brought me back for a reason and what it is i don't know. But im glad i listened to this . Thank you and God bless ❤

I have started a movement that would be good to have you apart of..... I and so many others are doing this. @ 3pm everyday (set your phone alarm for 3) and when that hour soinds, i turn to the East and pray the prayer that Jesus told us to pray while he taught on the Mount. So when my alarm sounds, I stop everything I'm doing turn to the east Pray the Lord's Prayer and thank him for everything he's done for us me. I'm asking you to join me everyday at 3:00 in the afternoon to say the Lord's Prayer towards the east so that we can turn the head of God back to his children and to let him know that we stand in solidarity with him in these end days. Wow it’s not been easy at all for 20 years now since the terrible deed done to me n my kids Always constant determination dedication devotion resilience thru struggles (1 after another n still ongoing ) I don’t have this community or family support or any support so to speak I do it all for God Almighty! I've had a rough time this past August when I had a spiritual awakening and I disconnected. I believe it's time for me to go out into the world again. I learned my lessons. I'm ready for it. I have a lot to offer and I have the will and the love. Light my way so that indeed my return leaves everyone speechless. I deserve it and all of us who are considered chosen deserve it. We were not made to cry but to live in joy and giving. Allow us to feel joy again and bring joy and love to all. This must be life. Thank you very much for this message. Listen to other videos like this. Get comfortable watching. Silence is preferable to poorly conceived and received action. Become a non-actor. Find a purpose. Set goals. Use metrics and timeframes. Do not fly away again. Instead, set aside spiritual/psychological time daily. Develop a quotidian rhythm that supports a simple life refocused on your new ideals. Go slowly. Aim small, miss small. You cannot lift 300 lbs the first day in the gym. Recognize each and every success and step along the way, even the negative ones. The steps backward will cease eventually, but they are necessary. Accept them now as mistakes you will make. Forgive yourself now by accepting all future mistakes as leading to lessons learned. Journal. Leave yourself notes. Become your own biggest support and biggest fan! Self hypnotism helps greatly in addressing failed beliefs, should that be necessary. Learn to talk to yourself in such a way your words support your progress. Envision your future positively. Do it before sleep. Dismiss all thoughts of the past either the day as it ends and actively construct your future in your mind. Hold a feeling of successful completion as if you possess this life now until you fall asleep. Read the same idea/point of change written on a note left on your bedroom door. Progress is directly proportional to positive actions taken. Those depend on focus. Remind yourself who you are today early and often.

It's odd that I stumbled across this article on the internet and thought about my journey, last year7-26-2023 I went into Cardiac Arrest and stopped breathing for 7 minutes they brought me back and I was placed in a medical-induced coma the next day i woke up on my own that day they took my tube out of my throat, the day after that all IV's were removed and the next day i was taken out of ICU and placed in a regular room. I know within my heart it was nothing but God, he has brought me back for a reason and what it is i don't know. But im glad i listened to this . Thank you and God bless ❤

So when my alarm sounds, I stop everything I'm doing turn to the east Pray the Lord's Prayer and thank him for everything he's done for us me. I'm asking you to join me everyday at 3:00 in the afternoon to say the Lord's Prayer towards the east so that we can turn the head of God back to his children and to let him know that we stand in solidarity with him in these end days. I've had a rough time this past August when I had a spiritual awakening and I disconnected. I believe it's time for me to go out into the world again. I learned my lessons. I'm ready for it. I have a lot to offer and I have the will and the love. Light my way so that indeed my return leaves everyone speechless. I deserve it and all of us who are considered chosen deserve it. We were not made to cry but to live in joy and giving. Allow us to feel joy again and bring joy and love to all. This must be life. Thank you very much for this message. Listen to other videos like this. Get comfortable watching. Silence is preferable to poorly conceived and received action. Become a non-actor.
Find a purpose. Set goals. Use metrics and timeframes. Do not fly away again. Instead, set aside spiritual/psychological time daily. Develop a quotidian rhythm that supports a simple life refocused on your new ideals.
Go slowly. Aim small, miss small. You cannot lift 300 lbs the first day in the gym. Recognize each and every success and step along the way, even the negative ones. The steps backward will cease eventually, but they are necessary. Accept them now as mistakes you will make. Forgive yourself now by accepting all future mistakes as leading to lessons learned.
Journal. Leave yourself notes. Become your own biggest support and biggest fan!
Self hypnotism helps greatly in addressing failed beliefs, should that be necessary. Learn to talk to yourself in such a way your words support your progress.
Envision your future positively. Do it before sleep. Dismiss all thoughts of the past either the day as it ends and actively construct your future in your mind. Hold a feeling of successful completion as if you possess this life now until you fall asleep. Read the same idea/point of change written on a note left on your bedroom door.
Progress is directly proportional to positive actions taken. Those depend on focus. Remind yourself who you are today early and often.
