Stowing is not hard . It’s just learning ambassadors who act like they are managers and make you feel like you numbers aren’t good enough or you make to many mistakes . And thus amazon loses lots of employees yearly
yeah that’s right… one time the learning ambassador came to me and he told me i have error because the pod was torn and im the last one who touch it… and i told him i didn’t do it it’s not my fault and he said oh it’s been one week of course u forgot what u stowed and i said i know i forgot but i know myself that i didn’t do it and i know myself how i worked.. i told him there’s a camera u guys can reply if i really do that and he told yup there’s a 3 camera … yup there’s a camera but they just depend of the picture … i love my job but i don’t like some other learning ambassador because they are so mean and sometimes harassment

@@josenavarro3214 Amazon doesn't care about losing people. The point of the company is to fully automate there warehouses. They are buying time until the technology is ready.
@jonny_laguna I agree it’s not hard some items are heavy but for the most part is the learning ambassadors who show favoritism towards certain people . I never had an issue with the processing assitant or managers aka leaders just the ambassadors
It’s almost funny seeing this because not all warehouses have the robotics. You literally have to use an Order Picker to stow or the oldest centers you have to literally walk with a cart to each and every location in a literal library. To be able to stay in 1 place and the shelves come to you is gold in comparison to breaking your feet from all the walking!

For me the only Problem I’ve had with this job is Getting a bit dizzy / lightheaded climbing up and down the ladder repeatedly when I Have No bottom pod spaces . But I’m pregnant and diabetic so maybe that’s why ? Overall the Job is alright You have Your own little spaced area and Listening to my earphones makes the time a bit faster and Less “ boring “ . Personally I couldn’t do this for a full time shift though , I’m a Flex Time worker and that’s fine by me as of now

I would perish if I had to do that all day. I guess you're evaluated on speed an accuracy. If you're too slow you're eventually gone. :( As far as accuracy I guess they find out when it's time to get the item and it's not there, then someone else needs to go checking all the bins to go find it. Too many of those and you're eventually gone. :( Good luck.

You put it wherever it fits, it's your choice, unless the pod lights up a magenta color indicating where NOT to put the items. Sometimes the whole pod will light up and you won't be able to put the item anywhere or only specific spots of the pod will light up and just those spots you can't put the items in.
you have to be careful with your hand placement in order for the cameras and computer to register your placement in the pod.They note that on your first day to be mindful of hand placement to avoid errors and to completely pull away with the item clearly visible in hand to reposition it in another section (aka bin)of the pod.
I want this job its honestly easy af besides the standing part just scan the items and tote and u r good im still trying to figure out the other one the picker packer is somewhat similar just find the right box scan the items paperwork work put the label the side of the box in u are good I believe that's it

could be used by stowers for larger, somewhat heavier items and getting up the ladder safely. otherwise I assume it’s more for ICQA and pick. Also possibly making them easily removable would make them not function as well for ICQA and pick as it would probably fall off too easily as well.

AFE i think is the code or something for packing. Either singles or multiple.
@@malou03 really? I always thought multiple were easier since you packing more than one itens and can reach your rate faster. Unless pack singles are a different rate than pack multiples.

@@malou03 Talk to your manager, tell them about it. Other wise tell them you're going to HR and file a complaint. Legally what the water spiders are doing is discriminating against you for favoritism of their friends. Now it has become an ethics issue. They'll fix it, once you make them realize, you know the laws.

Stowing is all about small items.if u get small items ur rates will be high and easy for you. simple no rocket science.

Purchase a wrist blood pressure monitor. When you start to get dizzy, take your blood pressure. It may be getting too low, making you feel dizzy.

what do u mean bin? u mean tote? if u scan the items it will be error need to put aside for the problem solving
