Now we know what the commoners in Goblin Slayer must feel with fighting goblins. Durable little shots. 14:20 Firstly, that bastard can jump. Secondly, I love the suprise in your voice.
Holy crap, this place is a nightmare. 14:25 you scared the hell out of me and made me jump hahaha. I felt your frustration with the goborns. As challenging as this place is, I feel bad for people who wasted their remaining days of the demo on it.
ye, this dungeon is rough, on my first run I had no sp by the time I got to the minotaur and I had to do it in two days. I did eventually find a way to do it in one day but ye, its hard even on normal. also, don't forget that now that you have wisdom level two you can purify stuff at the church!
A few things to note, as was mentioned this boss is definitely possible on hard at around level 10/11. but requires some good team composition and usage of archatype skills, the strategy I utilized was 3 knights with 2 having slicer from the warrior inherited and the MC having dis for heals. all three on knight gives a passive 30% defense boost as the knight has a passive that grants 10% per knight. As for MP truth be told one may have infinite MP pretty much anywhere in the game due to a passive the protagonist has wherein if he stuns, or defeats any foes on the field the party restores 1 MP. thus with about 20-ish minutes one may fully restore their MP assuming they are down for the grind. of course in this dungeon such is quite risky but many have managed to be able to do such without being ambushed, as such on hard mode is basically a guaranteed death with a mage in the party.
Oh, also as a small other thing to note, synthesis skills are quite useful in some instances so do keep them in mind. I myself hardly understood how they worked at first and do feel the game did not do the best job explaining them, but they can really put out damage at a slightly higher turn/mp cost. and can be activated with X.
I'm an active anti-grinder. I have too little time to game as it is I'm not spending it grinding. Makes for bad content too. I'm not worried about missing it in the demo. I'll return later and beat him without the grind.
Love this playthrough, bro! Especially the "let's just rush to the boss" 😂 sure, this is blind but LMAO. With strong mobs you should expect a strong boss. Only 8 minutes in, wonder how you will fair against this bully.
This is totally viable in many situations in Atlus games. Levels don't matter as much as having strategy and the right setup as well as enough MP to get through the fight. The level here didn't matter as much as having the right archetypes with the right abilities. Obviously I wasn't prepared for this but the strategy was literally my best chance of doing this dungeon in a single day tbf ;) I wouldn't know until I tried and there was logic behind that choice as much as you laugh at the prospect.
you're not utilizing Synthesis? Hulkenberg's synthesis skills consist of attack nullification. And the boss is mostly physical so you know what attack null you should use even if it blocks one attack once.
Use the Mage Archetype to regain mana on weak enemies feels like something the game expects you to do in this place if you are trying to clear it in the demo/before doing the next story dungeon.
This series is really nice. Love the daily uploads of it.
This game is about to CONSUME me..... I'm worried for my health.
@@AnalogVernacular of course watch out for that. But I love to just listen to this. Your content makes me really at peace

So excited, get to play the full game in less than 24h, after work!
I'm practically counting down the minutes.

All you really need is the knight synthesis skill to decrease his def

Day two let's chill...

Bro this dungeon is ROUGH. Part of me thinks Atlus didn’t think we could get Wisdom 2 this early & unlock it.
Nah they did this on purpose to give people a three day challenge. They knew exactly what they were doing and it was smart.
Too be fair the informant does say the monsters are harder than those in the Grand Cathedral, but I respect people taking the challenge
The grouping here is so annoying, especially the goborns, tried the boss and obliterated lol bcs of healer in the team haha
That is why Analyse should be used more often cause you used it once on your first try but you glossed over the fact he was level 22
