When I have a dress that's lowcut but the bra shows I'd just safety pin it where I want the dress to cover to. It works pretty well and you can't tell that it has a pin usually. I also do this with tubetops or strapless dresses. Because I would wear a bra that matches, and pin it on the inside to the bra right below the straps. Into the fabric of the bra and shirt. That way you don't have to constantly be pulling up the shirt or dress. But I also have a bit of a chest. Idk if that is an issue on smaller sizes.
I am not trying to be rude by why does it even matter( I am taking about the bra or bra strap showing) it's not like no one knows your wearing one

My best guess is that Korean culture has patriarchy deeply rooted and some men see women dressed in clothes somewhat revealing and think they're easy and would try to make a move or something. I of course don't think is right to accept it and I think telling your SO to wear or not wear something is not cool and it helps normalize bad behavior. Men should leave women alone however they're dressed.
