Quick Fix: Instant Pot Temperature Issue

In this video:
We have an Instant Pot Duo Plus with a temperature issue. The crock pot meal temp was not going above 195°F on max setting. Meal was stirred over a 16hr period of cooking. On max temp should be 200°F or more. After repair wife tested with other meals similar to the one she was making with potatoes. Issue was resolved.

This didn't seem very quick, or even a fix really. Marginally better maybe, but not fixed.
I appreciate the effort put into making the video, but wish somewhere during all the rambling it was mentioned that it wasn't a fix.
And the actual "doing" of anything was sped up, which is what most people clicked on the video to see.

What was the actual issue in the end?

​@@elisaarthofer7194he wasn't sure but put in fresh solder on the contacts. Not much change - perhaps old heating element. A bust!

Temp only came up marginally with fresh solder. These pressure cookers are notorious for weak soldered connections and termination points. They also are not great for use as a crockpot and typically do not get up to the temps of a traditional crockpot. Not my best video TBH. But was tinkering around with it as I knew the temp was a little low and figured why not record regardless.
