Beautiful explanation thank you for sharing, I pray regular Tahajud recite Quran after that and pray Fajr on time, with no break in between. I read so much about righteous people of history and it just makes me feel so connected, makes me cry! I feel Allah is talking to me what a miraculous beautiful feelings Ma’sh’Allah ❤ Allahuakbar ❤️❤️✨ the secret to praying at night is that Allah opens your mind to truth He makes you sense and feel the answers to your questions, especially if you read Quran after your prayers it’s like He makes you read correct Surah that will give you answers to your questions! you’ll be so surprised and you’ll know Allah is talking to you through His Book! Those with deep knowledge will understand this. When Allah guides you His angels surround you and make you read what’s beneficial for you and in that you’ll get your answers! That’s Allahs way of talking to you and also Allah activates your subconscious mind and heart that will speak the truth and you will know it and feel the truth! There are Dua’s for guidance if you read them after prays Allah surely guides you to truth, (through all the Islamic information that will give you answers to everything) ask Allah all your questions in Tahajjud and while making Dua’s, than read Quran after praying, you will find answers to your miseries trust me, if you pay heed In’sha’Allah! I love Allah ❤

SUBHANALLAHI WABIHAMDIHI, Astaghfirulla.
When one of you recites the Shahada (at the final part of salah/namaz), let him seek refuge in Allah from four things: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of "Hell, from the punishment of the grave, from the trials [fitnah] of life and death, and from the evil of the trial [fitnah] of the Antichrist [dajjal]"
"إِذَا تَشَهَّدَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَسْتَعِذْ باللَّهِ مِن أَرْبَعٍ يقولُ: "اللَّهُمَّ إنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِن عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ، وَمِنْ عَذَابِ القَبْرِ، وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ المَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ، وَمِنْ شَرِّ فِتْنَةِ المَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ
(allahuma 'iniy 'aeudh bik min eadhab jahanama, wamin eadhab alqabri, wamin fitnat almahya walmamati, wamin shari fitnat almasih aldajaal)
Also, beware of gossiping, backbiting, idle talk, slander, not cleaning after yourself (well) when you finish your visit to the bathroom (get rid of all the impurities on your body parts, and clothes too with water).
Also say, اللهُمَّ اجْعَلْنَا مُفْلِحِينَ
"O Allah make us of his righteous servants"
(allhuma ajealna muflihin)

The part where syakh mentioned on the 3 types of people who Allah JJ smiles upon.. I tried looking up for the hadith to know the remaining 2 but couldn't find an authentic one..might be my weakness. What I found was the words of ibn Qayyim on Al Salikeen that added the other 2 types are who fights his enemies when his companions ran and the other type is the one who gives sadaqah in secret when his companions refused.
regarding to that story of imam Ahmad bin Hanbal having over that student
He was none other than imam ash shafieee ra
Actually he had prayed a qiyam al layl infact was up all the night so when the daughters of Imam Ahmad asked their dad how kinda student he's that he hasn't moved a jug of water for wudhu and imam Ahmad said to imam shafiee
Which in reply he said the food that your daughter has prepared was so blessed it had so much barakah in it that i almost solved around one thousand problems of fiqh and that's why it kept me up at night and couldn't sleep so i had wudhu all night
Subhan Allah you can see the food was prepared whilst doing the dhikr of Allah and what upbringing of them they could have asked tell him how the food was no they had their priorities sorted they knew their goals they knew their akhirah very well
That's the upbringing this ummah is lacking may Allah bless the ummah
May Allah grant us righteous spouse and then righteous children as well

I think one should sleep first before getting up for tahajud
U think right! It should be after u had slept! There is a thing about sleep! Wake up salah is better thsn sleep is part of the Athaan the call to prayer for Fajr! Wouldn't we just love to sleep on no we rise for we have a meeting with our Lord we dare not miss! Algamduliah! It is part of the discipline of Islam until it becomes truly a part of ur life!
May Allah guide us all to the right path and protect us from the azabi Qabar and hell fire.

you can make 2 raakat only or more but only by 2, 4, 6 etc...
Tahajjud prayer can be offered anytime after isha prayer but the best is to pray in the last third of night
What led you into Hell Fire?
They will say: 'We were not of those who prayed.'” (Qur'an 74:42-43)
Don't forget your five daily prayers.
What time should you do night prayer?
1 or 1:30 hours before Fajr.
The window of the night prayers is from after Isha and ends before the azan of Fajr.
Anytime after sleeping after isha and waking up before fajr time it is sunnah to pray 8 rakaaths start off with 2 rakaaths work your way up IN SHA ALLAH AZAWAJAL 🤲🕋❤

Aslamalakum peace and blessings be upon you. I have heard that before reading thajut you must have had some sleep and for you to read thajut you must wake wake up, in other words you must have slept after Isha salaat and have woken up for thajut. Can you please confirm if this is correct
Wa 'alaikum salam sis...Qiyamul Layl is standing at night(prayers without sleep). That is also accepted but most afdal is tahajjud and forsake the bed (even if just fell asleep for 10mins after completing Isyak prayer) in sha Allah you will be rewarded for Tahajjud prayer.

No isha prayer is not night prayer or tahajjud. The night prayer is offered anytime after isha and before fajar, but the best time is to pray in the last third of the night. 2,4, 6,or more rakahs can be prayed

Tahajud is pray at night after Isya’ and before fajr. It’s required get up at night from your night sleep.
