I made this just now for iftaar. The best dish I have made so far! The salt quantity written was just a little low so had to put more but other than that. It was very very dilicious! 👌😋

There is one ingredient which gives a proper taste to Mac n cheese is a Parmesan Cheese, without Parmesan, Mac n cheese is not authentic but I love the recipe and realise the fact that it’s not easily available in Pakistan.

I tried it and it turned out very yummy.... the crisp layer at the top makes the taste really different and yummy. I have only used chadder cheese and that too in half of the quantity mentioned in the recipe. As cheese is an expensive ingredient lolz.... but still it tasted too good Alhamdolilah.
@@shifanaeem70 I have tried half milk and half water for white sauce. Don't worry as long as the spices are balanced and you make a thick concistency doesn't matter which milk you are using.

@@MK-jn8ic full cream is, well, cream. It's 30% fat. Full cream milk, however, has around 3% fat in it. You cannot just replace full cream milk with full cream. What you can do is just buy regular milk you usually get and use it. It would work fine.

Cream milk hi use ki apne,yeh simple milk,u tried it thats why in asking,im confused bcz of milk cream
