Great video of Inspiration neighborhood. We bought through Levi and his team! Please please please let buyers know ALL (or most) of the homes are zoned for Wylie East High School. They are NOT zoned for Wylie High 6 minutes down the road and I've never heard of any of the homes zoned for Lovejoy ISD. You can view the district boundary lines north of the neighborhood on both ISD websites. Wylie ISD is fantastic though!

Are there ANY any newer residential subdivisions in the general Dallas/northeastern part of Texas for people that want single story, well built but smaller homes (less than say 2,000 sf) that are less than about $350k?? The only people who can afford the homes you show in your videos are folks (like many Californians) who make about $400,000 or more per year, and that’s not a huge percentage of Americans. So many home developers focus on housing for the upper-middle class, building these 3,000 sf plus McMansions, and to h*ll with those who cannot afford them. Frustrating!
