Definitely a downfall! For some the financial benefit of no income tax outweighs the property taxes, but for others it doesn't. The crazy think is that 2.3% is not even the worst I've seen!
@@ognqski 2% is common. Worst I've seen is 2.7%. Those that are above 2% are usually in MUD or PID districts which are temporary rates but regardless, they are high.

Is the Lagoon a seperate cost like a country club, or is it included as a "community" amenity? HOA fees?
The monthly HOA fees include access to the lagoon!
