Go for quashing of FIR asap. Once the charge sheet got filed then it means your brother got prosecuted which will impact his character whenever any employer runs background check on him.

Infact jis bhi case main facts ko sabooton par sabit karna hota hai wahan high court FIR quash nahi karti. 482 crpc इतना आसान है? Fir में क्या है क्या नही ? उसके आधार!? उसकी घटनाये?उनमे समानताये और विषमताओं को देखना और उनका साबित नासाबीत करने की उपलब्ध साक्षय में क्षमता है कि नही ये देखना पड़ता है। High court में सेकड़ो इस तरह की 482 में से कुछ एक मे सफलता मिलती है तो बेहतर है आप निचली कोर्ट जहाँ मुकदमा चलेगा उसकी तैयारी सही से कर उसे ही लड़े। 498a में वैसे भी लड़के के पक्ष में 90% मोके होते है ,उनका ध्यान रखे बस।

One of my friend has faced such FIR.. the matter is FIR is only against him by his wife... but FIR has been lodged falsely after 8 months of sending divorce notice to his wife. FIR was only used as a tool to compel my friend to reconcile the matter... he was simply asked by police either you reconcile otherwise FIR will ne lodged against you. It is pertinent to mention that my friend is employee in police department itself and FIR was used as a pressure tool to surrender his decision of divorce but he denied and finally FIR was lodged against him. The FIR was lodged against him on the basis of complaint filed by his wife in grievance Cell "( the contents of complaint were.... " Sir my husband is working in police department and is posted at so and so place and from the first day of marriage he harassing me by misusing his uniform power with intention to divorce me") however all these allegations are baseless and false kindly give suggestion

Fir में क्या है क्या नही ? उसके आधार!? उसकी घटनाये?उनमे समानताये और विषमताओं को देखना और उनका साबित नासाबीत करने की उपलब्ध साक्षय में क्षमता है कि नही ये देखना पड़ता है।
High court में सेकड़ो इस तरह की 482 में से कुछ एक मे सफलता मिलती है तो बेहतर है आप निचली कोर्ट जहाँ मुकदमा चलेगा उसकी तैयारी सही से कर उसे ही लड़े।
498a में वैसे भी लड़के के पक्ष में 90% मोके होते है ,उनका ध्यान रखे बस।

One of my friend has faced such FIR.. the matter is FIR is only against him by his wife... but FIR has been lodged falsely after 8 months of sending divorce notice to his wife. FIR was only used as a tool to compel my friend to reconcile the matter... he was simply asked by police either you reconcile otherwise FIR will ne lodged against you. It is pertinent to mention that my friend is employee in police department itself and FIR was used as a pressure tool to surrender his decision of divorce but he denied and finally FIR was lodged against him.
The FIR was lodged against him on the basis of complaint filed by his wife in grievance Cell "( the contents of complaint were.... " Sir my husband is working in police department and is posted at so and so place and from the first day of marriage he harassing me by misusing his uniform power with intention to divorce me") however all these allegations are baseless and false kindly give suggestion
