Today I review the 2022 supernatural horror movie starring Christina Ricci, Monstrous
Monstrous - A terrifying new horror awaits Laura and her 7-year-old son, Cody, when then they flee her abusive ex-husband and try to settle into a new life in an idyllic and remote lakeside farmhouse. Still traumatized, their physical and mental well-being are pushed to the limit as their fragile existence is threatened.

Love Christina and was looking forward to this movie. I stopped watching about 20 minutes in. What bothered me is that she never showed any emotion that a mother would show. She didn’t even give him a hug when he was scared. She acted more like a babysitter.

oh no disappointing to hear I love a monster movie I had high hopes I may still check it out.
