Mudryk has 6 more starts, 9 more appearances and ~600 more minutes played than madueke for the same return. I like mudryk and I want to see him succeed but saying they are close is just wishful thinking Josh, sorry.
I think with the way we're playing at the moment the right is very much being prioritised, leaving mudryk on his own on the left. There's clearly quality there and with palmer more central / on the left against forest he seemed much more involved

A sleeper possible destination for Raheem could be Palace if they sell either/both of Eze and Olise

If Mudryk can increase his good outputs in the game from 20 odd mins to 40/50 he would genuinely be undroppable. But he does goes missing for long portions. As a sub he is lethal but he also has the ability to start. Weird situation

I completely oppose the idea to sell Chilwell for several reasons.
In every single Chelsea match I watch, the right wing is prioritized leaving Mudryk isolated with little to no support. Cucurella seems to have no chemistry with him and if Mark contiunes with that inverted role if will make the problem worse. Having Chilwell and James hopefully fit and available on the right and on the left would get the best out of both Mudryk and Palmer/Madueke (if Cole's playing as a 10 and not as a winger)
The back-four issue is also not that serious. Poch doesn't seem that overly fixated on a particular formation, Chelsea did play with 5 in the back in some games this season and the personnel is clearly there.
mate i almost agree with this however he cant stay fit mate and its a lot of wages to pay ( I think hes on close to £200k a week ) , if anything id rather offload Chilly and keep Matsen/Cucurella to pla LB
I was coming to say this... if we're going to be in Europe next year we'll need the depth of having 2 good LBs as well. With Cucu really playing well while inverting and Chilwell being a very overlapping fullback it gives us options going forward - Forest at the weekend was crying out for a Chilwell type LB. Cucu and Chilly are both good and very different tactically. I say keep them both.

I would say maybe loan mudryk , but i want to see how he plays when he has Gusto as LB overlapping and a proper no.9 like osimhen upfront and a creative AM like nkunku aside him ,that is the way he will settle in and flourish
Gusto is can't play LB to a high level.
He already did it multiple times this season and was the best LB we had ,even got an assist for mudryk

For me personally I just don't think Mudryk suits Chelsea I see glimpses of his potential but I do not see him reaching full form here I think its best for both sides to part ways.
It would make no sense for Raheem to take a pay cut and stay in the premier league - from his perspective, he may as well keep collecting a bag from Chelsea for a few more years. I would like to see him moved on but fully expect to see out his contract unfortunately

Sterling should be the starting left winger next season. He is brilliant in a stable properly structured team. He has the experience and a higher IQ than most in the front line.
I almost agree with this and if we could get Razza to track back and defend when needed to id agree and say lets keep him, great experience, great lad and everything but its just for me his work rate off the ball, its why Rashford gets so much stick for it at United.

I don’t get the whole Bashir Humphrey take you boys give. He’s light years ahead of Gilchrist. Humphrey’s could play premier league football now. He’s an England U21 international and has looked a Rolls Royce every time he’s played for us. For someone who’s only a year older than Gilchrist, Humphrey’s is a lot more experienced, a much better technical footballer and is actually better built for premier league football with his height (he’s 6’2). I’d keep Bashir all day long! He’s another Marc Guehi if we sell him, mark my words! If we sell Bash, there will be some big teams in for him!!!
Thing about Diego Moreira is he’s only just recently been given so much senior football plus he’s loan to OL was when the whole squad was terrible
Unfortunately Enzo has to go for me wether it’s loan or transfer. We play our best football when we run the formation we did against Forest and Nkunku is coming back so where will Enzo fit in when that happens.

1) Enzo is our record signing (made by the current ownership less than 2 years ago) so we're not just going to bin him
2) When fit he is unquestionably a class midfielder that would make it in most premier league teams
3) he's one of the few players in the current squad to have actually won a trophy

Well done lads good content as usual! I agree with the opinions. We need a couple of seasoned players at the back to compensate for losing Silva, let’s face it our defense has leaked so many goals and in my mind that has to be the main focus in the summer.

Two experienced (yes out of form) players who know the league, have had big performances in their careers and know what it takes to win should leave the club?
I agree that they are overpaid right now and don’t justify their wage, but if we give them another season and don’t overspend on other less experienced players and really think about PSR and our future balance of the club I don’t think this is the right decision.
Unless we bring in better for a good price then yeah maybe but who is there four as reasonable sum, on top of that we we need to add another 2 English players.
Who is there realistically is there?
Or we could be mature and reasonable and realise these people are humans and we give them the chance to grow. I say the same with our young players, our manager and the board.

"Maatsen (hopefully not)" when he's currently playing for another team, has a very affordable buy-out clause, and wants to leave. While your teams vice captain (Chilwell) and de-facto captain (Gallagher) are automatically going... Gallagher doesn't want to leave, Sterling doesn't want to leave, Chilwell doesn't want to leave, Chalobah doesn't want to leave. You can't force a player out of contract and they'll get no transfer fee if they let the contract run down... I'd be very surprised if even 2 of 4 of those players leave. The only signing I even think would be decent you listed is Martinez to give Petrovic a few more years to develop.

Enzo can't press, run or tackle for 💩 ...all he can do is the long pass. He is also too weak and gets pushed off the ball. Enzo would be better in Spanish or Italian league, he ain't made for the EPL.
