Thanks for checking this out. Regarding your question, yes I am using real cymbals all around including the hi-hat as I too also hated the rubber cymbals. One thing though when using acoustic cymbals is that I have to mic them and then run them in a mixer so I can hear the cymnals, the drums and the songs. Hope this helps.
@@windsurf03 That's an idea. Perhaps I can go over that as it took me a lot of research on how to do this correctly. Appreciate the suggestion as it can be complicated to setup.
@@JorgeStJorge the cymbals sound great but the top boom seems panned opposite hand, np really. Snare is great as well and the floor tom you're pounding is very responsive.
@@philt4346 Thanks for the feedback Phi. You know I didn't even consider the cymbal panning as to me they are 'correct' when I am playing, but didn't think about how it would be opposite with the camera angle. Much appreciate you checking this out.
