Hi Kenji, I didn't think that you would cut the doors because of the A pillar, but you did, and it looks quite successful. No regrets, you're in deep now. That's okay for us to watch very interesting fixes, and repairs. This will be a totally different car when you are finished. Thank you for sharing Kenji, and have a great Christmas time, and Couples day.
Hi Brian, thank you as always. Actually, I was supposed to complete this kit sooner, but it seems like it will take a lot of time... It's a little early, but Merry Christmas, and I hope you have a good time.
A neighbor many many years ago bought one new. Here in the U.S. it was called the Impulse. It caused quite a stir when he brought it home. I absolutely love this build! You're truly making a silk purse out of a sow's ear. One thing I've noticed is that the roof and tops of the doors and quarter windows look too flat to me. It might be worth looking into.
I have a set of those thin saws. They supposedly fit to a tamiya detail knife's knife slot. Be careful when using the saw with bare hand, I cut myself a lot due to it's thinness
Another interesting door concept comes to mind, and that is the retractable doors of a BMW Z1! Revell once had this model in production. That would be a big challenge.
Cutting door was crazy skill and patience to do it. Truly Mission Impossible.
Thank you!😊

Yes, its name in America is Impulse. thank you😊
Weird but great choise of oldschool casual car. Worth of respect 👍
Thank you!👍
Pilar A e B construção Lotus Esprit será a sua inspiração@@kenji-plasticmodels
May the Force be with you
May the Force be with you😊
More than that talk.. you have a good voice👍
Thank you😊
Interesting how you used the epoxy putty. That A pillar looks very fragile😬
It can be said that there is no A-pillar, so it will break! Thanks😃
ca. 14:00min Tight cut, bravo! 👍
Thank you!👍
Hello ,what is the grey filler product that you are using?
It's epoxy putty (made by Wave).
Do you only replicate the functionality of the driver's door, or will the other door follow later?
It's so difficult that I'm starting to consider if just one side would be okay and thinking of escaping.
I have a set of those thin saws. They supposedly fit to a tamiya detail knife's knife slot. Be careful when using the saw with bare hand, I cut myself a lot due to it's thinness
Thank you, I'll make sure to use it with caution to avoid any injuries.
Yes, you're right! Or the gullwing doors on a 300 SL
Another interesting door concept comes to mind, and that is the retractable doors of a BMW Z1! Revell once had this model in production. That would be a big challenge.
