I was born here in 1970 and lived there until 1983. I spent some summers in Carol Stream until 1987 when I finally came to grips with leaving. After that I lived in California mostly, and then the Philippines and China. It's nice to ride through the streets I knew as a child in the 70s and 80s. But in the end, you can never go back.
