    Just made these and was soo excited as they brought some wonderful memories from my childhood. Thank you for your videos please keep them coming you're my go to currently when it comes to cooking some back home food and being able to share with my kids.       About 3 days, maybe a few more if you put them in the fridge but they are better fresh

    Hi ! I just tried them at 325 for 7 minutes instead and they were already turning brown at the bottom. I’m afraid to bake them at another 7 minutes for fear of burning them like they did the first time I baked them at 10 minutes. What am I doing wrong ?

      Hi Michele, so sorry to hear that. Can you try baking them on the top rack? Sounds like your oven is running really hot on the bottom. Also, are you using parchment paper or a silicone mat?

      I’m going to try again today on the top rack. And I’m using parchment paper. I just ordered silicone mats.

      Umm 🤔 ok! maybe start at 300 for the first 7 min and then bring it to 325 for the next 7. Please let me know how it goes, we will get you perfect besitos de coco

      Hi Yesenia, thanks for the comment. I'm not sure where you looked, but the recipe is in the description (depending on your screen, you might have to expand it by hitting the "show more"). In any event, here's the list of ingredients:
      3 cups of shredded coconut (sweetened)
      ⅔ cup or 7 oz of sweetened condensed milk
      Pinch of salt
      1 egg white at room temperature
      Maraschino cherries for decoration
