To be honest, It's not fair at all. He trained against a bear his whole life mixed with wrestling. His muscle fibers have been strengthened his entire life. It's like inviting an ancient master from a small unknown place knowing he's gonna hurt people. I think this was an experiment to be honest. Not being dismissive of khabibs skill but he's average, It's Just he trained with an very aggressive, Strong animal his whole life. I think this was to be expected of Khabib but I wonder who's invested in him? I also hear he's associated with the army.

He's discussed it at least three of his interviews, and the only opponent he's used it against has been Tony Ferguson. If you watch that entire fight closely, you can see how differently he moves from his previous fights.

I don't think the fight with Khabib is going to be a good indicator of future performance. I think his fight *after* that is the one we need to watch to accurately gauge his true boxing level.

Khabib is a gentleman, he gives you a chance to give up first. If you don't.. remember Micheal Johnson? If your mind doesn't break he will break your joints. You can't win against this guy. You'd have to be unbelievably fast, strong and accurate because you're only getting one shot and if you miss you will be took down and have all your advantages taken away for the rest of the fight.

I used to dislike Khabib because I prefer stand up boxers and kickers sort of like Zabit (though he has a stamina problem which he can fix). Mcgregor was good at first for using various techniques but then he thought he was a boxer since he could persuade fools to pay for him to help Mayweather make his fake 50-0. But now I think Khabib is the GOAT. Great humble guy who just walks through the punches and rag dolls everyone. Hope he finishes 30 -0. Remember Porrier was saying he couldn't keep him off him so it is all down to Gaethje's wrestling and if he can use it in the cage considering he has never really used it in the past - he tends to try and roll out of takedowns. I like Gaethje's chaos and against Ferguson he was outstanding but got to love Khabib!

No disrespect but he has an uncommonly good core strength and endurance. Head to toe muscle control. It’s literally hard work and a lifetime of wrestling and shifting his weight to adjust to freestyle wrestling and grappling. It’s just hours and hours of work. Not training but a lifestyle.
