That 10 string is crazy. Notes so low, the camera can see the wave oscillations on the bottom string.
Pretty sure that G# is a G#0 which is nuts
A G#0 is lower than the lower key on the piano.

Hell below is tuned like the AGCFAD tuning, so it's standard 8 string tuning, with I think a C# or Db (however you want to call it) on the low string

Great video! As for Hell Below, the original tuning is C#BEADGBE. I like to call it C# Hybrid for an 8-string. It’s sort of like A-hybrid tuning (AGCFAD, or Drop A in the key of D) for an 8-string.
And yes, I am a nerd and I am proud of it.

@@crownjewel555yes but the tuning dont go lower than a 10 strings range. I never found a video or post about Steve guitar tuning, remember that Jarden showed that his 18 strings guitar have a regular tuning up to 10 strings, and then the remaining strings from 11 to 17 have a 6 strings bass tuning, with the 18th string tuned to E0. A 11 strings guitar tuning would be D#0 if it would follow the down tuning that the guitars before had followed
Robert Ritchiesse has a custom-made 11 string guitar, but its for jazz funnily enough

Chivokroy pretty sure he didn't have a 12 string
It was tracked with a 6 string while using the Axe Fx2's pitch shifter (which is an absolutely amazing pitch shifter).

Too much gain in your tone my dude. Still sounds good, but less like Periphery than it could.
Morris Heilman he could actually use a bit more IMO. He just has too many screeching upper mids. I love Andrew Baena but his tone has always been meh.
I dig the tone. Sounds a lot meaner. A lot of people now opt for a tight, lowered-gain type of distortion. Not me. Make that shit crunch and rumble.
