Love it🙌🏻 Shoji is one I also like a lot and have been looking at, I just don’t think I can pull it off unless it’s maybe a coordinating color. I love that you have trim painted in various whites! I have a few trim pieces in different whites I’ve been dragging around the house and testing in different lights/areas, everyone thinks I’m nuts!😅
Can you please do a review of SW Ivory Lace? I read a response you made to a viewer about it in the accessible beige video.. but would love its own review! 🙏🏼 😊
I’m painting bedroom with LOTS of natural light. Started with alabaster…looked too white. Also very shiny with satin. Bought sample of Shoji. Painted some on wall. Seems to have green undertones. Is that correct? Should I use eggshell to cut down on shine?
I have Shoji White throughout my entire home with the trim being pure white. Shoji White is a chameleon color that I believe can go with different warm tones
Oh man, we just painted our bungalow Shoji White and we do see some pink, however I am hoping once we have our kitchen cabinets and furniture in that dissipates. While at SW the sales person highly recommended Greek Villa for our trim paint. We have an interior pocket door we painted Greek Villa to start with and I am really not sure about it. My husband refuses to get new trim paint so I am praying it will look good
I selected sw argos for my master bath room. I am thinking about painting my master bedroom in sw shoji white . My main color throughout the house is accessible beige with pure white trim. What do you think about my selection?
Could you do a video on Ikea Lerhyttan Light Gray Cabinets and what paints to pair with it. Seems to be a very popular cabinet choice, bit I'm finding it impossible to find a wall color I am happy with.
Ooo, almost any white will make a red oak floor pop just do to the contrast of the depth of your floor and the white walls. The thing is, the most popular, flexible whites have a yellow undertone, but they can be touchy with the degree of pink in red oak. The opposite to red is green, but white with a green undertone isn't a good thing. I would say that a color like SW Pure White could be your best bet for a bit of pop, otherwise, you'll want to shift into the light greens.
Can I use shoji white on walls , ceilings , trim and doors different sheens? My small townhome has 8 foot ceilings. ..Not tons of natural light except for one decent west facing living room window..but I have plenty of lamps and pot lights.
We almost did this but instead used SW dumpling for the walls. When we bought our house all the ceilings and trim, doors were painted shoji white. Our walls were Anew gray. It made our house so dark. The only wall colors I felt worked for us was dumpling or shoji white. We decided to go with dumpling. Personally I would never paint trim and ceilings shoji white because it’s such a dark white and it’s hard to find a neutral color that looks good with it that isn’t dark.
I know your comment is old, but I did shoji white walls (eggshell) with shoji white trim (satin) in our basement and I was pretty disappointed. It doesn’t read as white at all down there, it looks very beige. I’m planning on keeping the trim shoji and painting the walls a truer white.
Love it🙌🏻

Just put this on my kitchen walls/ I definitely see the pink. Luckily I like pink but I really was caught by surprise to see the pink in it.
It can be surprising - and then there are times it doesn't show up at all! It's a ninja :)

Is shoji white a good paint for the entire house if I do pure white on all of the trim and doors? We will have Taj Mahal countertops in the kitchen.

Oooo, if you can stop on the trim right now, I would! Greek Villa is a bit yellowish. I'd switch to SW Pure White if you can~!

I think this sounds LOVELY!

I would LOVE to. I'd just have to get my hands on a door sample and I don't have an Ikea!
Which shade of white and undertone would you recommend with red oak flooring and you want to make the floors pop?

What do you think with Shoji White walls with snowbound trim? Thanks for your thoughts!
I wouldn't, Snowbound is too grayish and cna flash a bit violet-pink. I MUCH prefer SW Pure White!

Help. We selected Accessible Beige for our walls. Now were thing about using Shoji White as the cabinet choice. Do you think that will be ok?
I miiiiiight take a look at SW Aesthetic White instead. This being said, your countertops/backsplash should call MOST of the shots :)
@@KylieMInteriorsPaint Thank you! We will.
lol we are doing the opposite. Shoji white for walls and Accessible beige for cabinets
@@KylieMInteriorsPaint We have Shoji white kitchen walls. What color would you recommend for kitchen cabinets?
Could you please review SW Origami White? 🤍
Usual soft judgment tossed head over heels through the saloon door. Your cream trim isn't welcome here mister. 2:32
Which SW color is most similar to backdrops moonlight paint?
Sorry, I'm not familiar with Backdrop!
