If Lavine plays for the Bulls, and has more injury problems, he may play out his contract here! Pat is valuable, but he’s going to have injury issues as well. And no other franchise would have offered him $90 million. Why the Bulls always pay top dollar for everyone they sign is beyond me.
90 million is nothing. Many teams were willing to offer him a lot more, he wanted to stay in Chicago
@@marcbasil we don't know that.and if that was so obvious they why on earth would Pat's agent let him sign a lesser contract?
Stop regurgitating stuff you hear and actually think..
Wilbon comparing Pat to Portis almost made me close out this video man 🤦🏽♂️😂
Gar pax didnt know how to draft what the heck? They drafted zipser, ashik, Snell, felicio can go on and on
Putting ashik in there is a crime
GarPax was guilty of other things but they nailed the draft more times than not. Nailed the Thibs signing. Nailed more free agent signings more than they didn’t.
Their biggest crime was not building the team better around Rose (ie getting a 2 guard who can create his own shot and play on ball and who can score ala Joe Dumars) but Joe Johnson chose to stay in Atlanta. Stoudemire chose to go to NYC. And unfortunately Rose got hurt and a generational talent was knocked down to a “what if”. So that’s not a crime. Plus they had to deal with Reinsdorf.
I would argue that getting Rip Hamilton and drafting Jimmy was that solution. Additionally Thibs didn't use Korver correctly because he went to Atlanta and immediately became an all star.
@@smittyque2567 Jimmy could have been but by that time Rose was already zapped of his powers from injuries.
@@SMOOTHJESÚS Agreed
Keep him he is going to get you 25 a game……you’re going to need it……he is due for a good season…..in the prime of his career…think he is 27
This is a joke right?
@@marcbasilnaw bro it actually makes sense Zack can play free without Derozen and hopefully Vuc goes too Zack gone ball out definitely if we can get lonzo back to at least 75%
@@noopyvillenikkoworld1511 If Lonzo is on the roster, they'll be lucky if he plays the 12-18 minutes per for around half the games that Shaun Livingston and Jonathan Isaac did when coming back from their prolonged injuries. LaVine playing freely has always made it hard on his teammates, because he plays out of rhythm more than just about any player around.
@@marcbasilIt’s more a delusion than a joke
Zach Lavine is a losing basketball player. He is a gun. He hasn’t worked on his game. He is a low IQ hoop guy. He always disrupts the flow and breaks the offense. Plus his athleticism was his high point and that is now not the case due to knee injuries. Oh yeah… he’s a terrible teammate. Oh yeah… the team played much better without him and so much so no one complained when he decided to pull that nonsense leaving the Bulls in limbo.
@@SMOOTHJESÚS true. No one wants Lavine at this point with his fragile diva's ego , he's a locker room cancer.
The problem with Gar/Pax was they gave up on Noah, Butler and Derrick Rose to soon that would've been a championship team had they would've held on to them
The same way rose inj hurt garpax same can b said for ak and the 2021 team and lonzo inj pg injuries kill nba teams if theyre legit pgs
No one ever compared Booker and Lavine outside Chicago…
“Both are light skinned and mixed race kids”
That’s where it ends.
@@SMOOTHJESÚS also the big numbers on losing teams... Can't forget the whole point of the comparisons
@@SimpIguess Good call. That definitely is correct
If y'all hate how AK has handled his first 3-4 years y'all would have had your pitch forks out back in 2003-2008. Pax was a trash GM from the very start.
There are so many moves and non-moves with that era that still gets my blood boiling.
Picking Deng over Iggy.
Cutting very young JR Smith from the team for nothing.
OMG AK is like Red Auerbach in comparison to GarPaxShit...
Although i will say Since AK Brought in Demar in 21 it has felt exactly how it used to when Pax was running the show.
Don’t go to bulls games……force them to change. Whitesox fans i would say the same but I’m sure ownership wants to move out of town
Can’t believe AK was duped into a Max contract for LaVine, the dude has never been a “winning hooper”. Now he’s stuck with albatross contract , toxic asset.
It's because Billy Donovan sucks
What’re you talking about?
@@marcbasilHe Sucks
Underrated comment
This is true. When he was hired we said here’s to yearly 7th and 8th seeds lol… management saved him with the lonzo, DeRozan signing that resolved the worst issues on our roster at the time (point guard, midrange scorer who can get a bucket at any time especially winning time aka last 5 minutes) and Lonzo was the most important. He got hurt. Team done.
But honestly Billy Donovan sucks. His in game management and adjustments don’t exist. He literally just PAUSE rolls the balls out and say “play”
Guest meandering too much.
I'm probably older than you and I might have made a mistake on how I spelled his name put out my age I don't need educators play somebody that wants to be politically correct but with that being said they did a better job than what this group has done in my opinion these guys have been terrible and if they're going to blow it up they need to start at the top all the way down to the athletic trainer
What a lazy take. Just listen to JJ REDICK podcast and it's basically a Zach fan club. Such a lazy take
I would take gar Foreman and John Paxton over this front office we have now
What’re you talking about…?
It’s Spelled Paxson! With an S
@@user-mf3fx9bv3h I didn't know we had spelling teachers comment correct proper spelling 🤣
@@bear5141 It’s Called Being Respectful. Especially To A Bulls Legend. You must be young so let me educate you.
Paxson was a very important STARTER for the Bulls from 1989-1992(3 Seasons).
He was named the
“Miller Lite Player of The Game”
In Game 5 of the 1991 Finals. He had 20 points; 10 in the Final Six Minutes of the 4th Quarter, which basically clinched the Bulls first title.
Watch the Highlights of that Game on UA-cam.
He had many more memorable plays during his Bulls Career. A buzzer beater when he first joined the Bulls in 1986, another Buzzer Beater in 1990, and of course His Famous 3 against the Suns in 1993.
Look up how his name is spelled before posting. Don’t be lazy.
And don’t say he was a terrible GM.
Jordan was 10 times worse at being a
GM/Owner.
Multiple knee and foot surgeries plus he is a horrible defender with a even worse contract. There you go.....
Hey mike if your back hurts...rub some dirt on it man.
Bulls blow.
