Hi,
Can you share some advice for dealing with shaking and strain in the body during meditation...they become very dominant especially in my face and jaw and my face feels like it wants to shake.....and it makes the breath faint in comparison and sometimes makes it deeper ans dominant in different places...
Thank you for meditating with me. As long as you are in a comfortable position with your spine relatively straight, it should be a relaxing experience to meditate. Mindfulness can technically be performed focusing on any sensory input. The breath is just the most common one to focus on in the beginning. Could try to be extra aware of these shakes and strains, just like any other emotion or input from the body. They should dissipate like negative emotions or uncomfortable sensation. Maybe it will take some work, but it is worth it 🙏
