A more consistent way, I’ve found, is to throw the ball in a straight line on the first arrow to the right of the center line. That way you don’t have to worry about getting a perfect curve or not. That’s how I got my 300 game already.
I'm going to try this cause I've been experimenting with different ways Well I found a new way just aim for the sweet spot that's how I got 9 strikes almost perfect
I have this same issue. Ball just zooms into the left gutter. I can't seem to lighten up on the spin consistently enough to keep it in the lane. I'm really quite sad about how much different the bowling is than the Wii version. I especially hate that you don't control the release of the ball.
@@RedBloodAuraNot being able to manually control your release is what's killing me I think. I can't seem to control how high or low they'll release it, and the sooner it hits the floor the more it will move. I"ve done identical spin on hundreds of tosses in a row and sometimes it works, sometimes it's gutter, because the ball hits the floor at different spots and I can't figure out why. It's not the characters walk, cos I can make it work at 1 step or 3 or between... sometimes... I'm honestly losing my mind over this because I was go good at the original.
Nice video! only one thing, it is not called "inverted hook shot" I am a bowler, and this is called a "backup ball" when you hook the bowl to the opposite direction of your hand either left or right other than that great video!
This was super helpful man. Thanks for getting this out so quickly. I found this on UA-cam search, I imagine this will get a lot of views in the coming days
The best key I’ve found is to hit between the front pin and the one to the left or the right exactly in the middle. However you do that best is up to you, but you will get a strike
what I do is move my character all the way to the right (or left) and then angle my character at a small nudge past the 3rd triangle on the lane from the the side I choose and curve the hell out of it. seems to work for me.
I don't think I'm getting enough power because my ball spins so much that it goes to the other side of the pins. How do I increase the power to stop the overspin?
My ball is still going to the left gutter, like many comments complaining of overspin. I feel like that in the video you are telling us to spin it more than we should
@@JaguarProg is your ball flying in the air before hitting the lane? If so your spin will be more wild, you need to keep your arm moving forwards until it's basically above your head, that way the ball won't fly in the air and it should work.
I kept trying spinning from R to L, but the spin wasn't strong enough. Not sure if it's a connection issue, or if it the hand I'm using, but I found spinning on the Left side of the court spinning R was easier.
@@DiamondLobby Ik, but if the spin is not too much it is too little. But i think that there is a way to repeat the correctly steps and it works around 65/75% of times. The moviment muust be really short, and the joy-con must spin about 90°. But before throw you have to wait that the character is on the white line, than you can throw (one last thing, give a sharp blow upwards, so that the ball is not level with the ground). I tried this and works more, so.. idk, is this helpful? Anyway, thanks.
Been trying this, but I find it wildly inconsistent. my gf's sister is currently king in our house. She goes straight down the centre, somehow manages to get zero spin, and gets strikes on at least half her shots. Nobody else can figure out how she gets no spin at all, and she's not a gamer at all so she has no idea either!

Right! I stand all the way to the right and throw straight into pocket. It’s all about being consistent!

@@charlaesmeralda8054 What is the sweet spot?
I tried but it seems my spin is always to intense and flys into the gutter or misses the center :(
I also have this problem it’s super annoying
Same. It's a bad video because it tells you to do more spin than he is really doing.

It's a timing issue. You are spinning to early

For me with 180 degrees spin, I strike the most while going all the way to the right :)

Weird flex but ok
Man, your mii looks so realistic! Looks like a customized Net Navi. I still don't know if I am sold on this game yet.

This actually helps a lot! I definitely need to practice to get more consistent at it, but it works really well!

my dad try this and it works !! thank you !!
yay go nickypt's dad
When I do this it crosses over and gutters

Focus more on forward motion and less on the wrist
@@DiamondLobby thanks. I've started to get the hang of it a little, but thanks for the incredibly fast reply

@@DiamondLobby basically in the video it says spin the joycon 180 degrees, when 90 is usually too much anyway
Thanks for the help, dude!
I’m getting wayyyyy too much spin when I do it, it’s a little hard to control the spin
All you need to do is spin softer
It literally flies to the left gutter
Yeah this video is not accurate at all, if u do a perfect turn with the wrist it goes alle the way on the right/left
This method never works for me. It just hits the gutter before the pins lol

@@duckwantbreads thank you, i'll try that
How do you bowl smoothly tho, my ball will pop upward and move like 2 mph
I tried multiple times but it spins the wrong way and/or just goes straight
thank you! been really enjoying the game but i suck at bowling haha
Every time I do it I don’t get a strict I get all expect one

I've gotten a few strikes, but no consistency. Mainly 6-7 pins and a spare.
Can u do any tennis tricks
I know that if I try this the ball will curves the opposite direction I curve it
The curve won't work for me how are you doing it
I don't yet why they wouldn't just remaster Wii Sports + Resort and make that one game with online muitiplayer
Both were really good games
Something so simple and it can't be done lol
Sports resort bowling was the best..I was hoping this would be similar but definitely not
Bro i stg this is a dantdm burner account. The voice is nearly identical 😂😂😂😂
I can't work out how to release the ball! It just drops at my feet like a lead weight.😠
Just swing, keeping hold of ZR, and it will release.
257 I now got my offline now lol. Thanks!
Let’s gooooo
180 was wayyyy too much. 90 feels closer when I try it. Great advice though
i think we deserve a kyle slickman mii at this point
I tried to make my character Kyle within Switch Sports but it wasn't great at customizing. I'll try again!
@@DiamondLobby he's always perfect to us!

dang i fell sad that no one watched this vid
don't feel sad :)
