Hi Mr. Saka am really impressed of your determination to develop what am seeing today. Can you make your development exception al among all these latest developments by planting green grass, flowers and other plants to bright the community ? Think about forming company that wl take care of horticultural . Because when you look at all these developments once they complete the projects that's it . The surrounding remain unattractive, erosion mess the surroundings . I think the western lifestyle is closed to Africa. We need to grow our parks and gardens just to plant green grass ,flowers,and other plants to beautify our communities. You wl understand if you live outside Ghana. The home owners wl bear the cost when selling the property . It's about time we need to control sanitation/erosion in Ghana. Thanks.
