    African Excellence!!! Growing up in the Caribbean it saddens me of the impression that we were taught to shun Africa for crime, military oppression, segregation, poverty and the many other negative narratives. But the one thing I've learned over the years is that things of quality and high standards aren't easily exposed or advertised. Africa is a hidden gem that should be protected and cherished. Keep Raising your Standards High and accept no mediocrity!

    You are on to something Mr Aina! 🤝
    Black South Africans are inventors/ business minded, you can see that from our successful taxi business. We were raised by mother’s who woke up at 3am to make what Nigerians call puff-puff to go sell at a bus-top, through that families were fed and homes were built & children educated. The philosophy of “an early bird catches a fat warm” was instilled in us.
    Thank you for this content, keep it up.🙏

Learned so much from this segment and it's both because of his wisdom and your brilliance in asking the most important questions and not centering yourself as most creators do. This is what we didn't know about in South Africa until Tayo brought it into our attention we more Dube's who will preach the gospel of African entrepreneurship and black excellence they discriminate us because we depend on them now they have a perception that without them we will not survive they even say we will be like Zimbabwe which makes me sick that is why is a must to have black industrialist, black farmers and real estate developers because that is where they beat, I like when Mr Dube talking about "show off " that is our biggest problem when our businesses start to move to the right direction we go opposite.

I totally understand the challenges of being a black entrepreneur in South Africa and in Cape Town . I had to fight against all the racism as a black female owner. I understand when he said the whites asked where is your boss? That same question, I have been asked too. I have also told them I am the boss, this is my company, so if you have anything to say, say it. Congrats we need more black entrepreneurs with a pan African mindset on the scene.

I have viewed many 'pan Africans' more especially the youth as people who wanted a sense of belonging having different styles, views up to an extent that some of them get comfortable by the lifestyle it's very inspiring to see a pan africanist whose goal driven who isn't only determined by what he believes in but who actually puts in the work to bring change while sustaining wealth in the process... that's what I call a ' true capitalist ni**ga'.

    I watch this Videos each morning the past two months. I think there is a need to connect with Bheki. We share a lot in common, from the idea of storytelling, and building properties. I am working on the the concept that is deeply connected to what Bheki is doing. I working on a farmhouse in my rural home, current nothing of that is happening there. I really wish Bheki could be my mentor on this journey. He inspired me so much and made me realized that what you post or say online really matter cuz you never know who you are inspiring. Aiya kindly find a way to me with him. An introductory email or something would not be bad.

    This is what other African youtubers have failed to do, this constant obsessive addiction of feeding South Africa's problematic situations on their platforms has created a Certain Stereotype that us Black SouthAfricans r lazy and not successful in our own country yet we have many young talented minds running successful business and driving nice cars, I don't mind them talking about South Africa's problems but the fact that they don't do this in other countries but do this in SA says alot how other Africans view our Country( I'm not holding grudges but I'm stating the truth)

      There was a time that I felt that S. African ppl were very abrasive and combative, moreso than other African ppl.
      I recently decided to put myself "into the shoes" of someone who is S. African and feels frustrated about some of the things I hear/read S. Africans complain about and it really did soften my opinion and perception. I finally "understood" it.
      I also listened to something that Julius Malema said in his response to a question that was asked of him and in his response he basically said African ppl are not S. African ppl's enemies, we're brothers and sisters but it feels as if a wedge was being built, so to speak, and this wedge was making S. Africans feel left out in their own homeland. Wow!!!
      I then thought to myself "...well, who would benefit most from a wedge that isolates S. Africans from other Africans on the continent as well as in the country of S. Africa??" One group...the usual suspects, as well as their partners in crime from outside Africa.
      I thought to myself "you know what ...blood will always be thicker than water." We can't allow that to happen. S. African ppl are African, first and foremost. The same way we Africans know how to be respectful, humble, and deferent to ppl who aren't African, we will start to treat each other that way. Charity begins at home!
      So, your Nigerian sister completely understands. Say no more. I get it...completely.

      But what you're saying isn't completely true. That's if you're talking about Maya, African Tigress. They always talk about other countries, positive and negative. Especially Wode Maya, he gives Constructive criticism. People tend to be very emotional about it.

    • @truesouth6532
      @truesouth6532 2 роки тому +6

      @@sithabelamandlawenkosiwodu6298 you've missed the whole completely. What the post is saying the tone changes whenever the SA narrative is told, (the same story /narrative they claim to want to change) which is not done with other African countries. Read to understand not to respond.
