For stowing dangerous goods on deck, you have to comply with stowage and segregation requirements, their is no document as such. For stowing imdg under deck,it's given in capacity plan, for class 2 and 2.1 because their is a special bilge pump inside

As you mentioned about stowage in first question, so for stowage its basically complying with requirements of imdg code. DOC tells about whether you can load different categories of cargo in various holds/spaces, for eg, if space has mechanical ventilation, than only you can carry cargo which emit fumes, otherwise you cannot carry. Thus you can say DOC but you have to put more focus on stowage requirements as per stowage codes given in IMDG code. You can have a look of explanation of stowage code in my IMDG CODE video series
