What's kind of funny is that in "don't miss this" stuff in Secret 15, she says "order type and screen not type and crossmatch." But if you pay attention to the package orders for surgery, she says "type and crossmatch". 🤔 Otherwise, all very helpful! Thank yoU!

What do you mean during closing just to input only 5 orders or else you loose all of them? Are you referring time wise or the software actually cancels when you input more than 5?

You will run out of time if you type more orders!
There is no time for more than 5 orders! You will lose the score for the whole section
She means that if you try to do 8 and run out of time and can't actually order the orders, then it's as if you did not do a single order (you dont have time to do 8 and press submit)
can't the medical community come to a consensus about what "ED" means ffs. . .

She also said "PT, PTT-INR" as if PT was it's own thing and PTT-INR was one unit. Somebody else must have written it and then hired her to present?
