To be fair literally the only thing that gives the BB value is completing the camps, you can spend hours fighting people and then get absolutely nothing if you didn't do the pve stuff. SO the pvp ship doesn't benefit at all from doing pvp
Fought a burning blade in my session this morning, they had two high level skellies, a normal, and a golden ghost. I was on a brig and we hammered them a bit, traded shots, and we would’ve lost but they ended up running halfway across the map before we managed to board and take it. I’d expect more fight from such a no-life crew lmao

its basically unsinkable in 1 on 1 ship combat while its skeleton crew is alive, its anchor raises super quickly, and it has the best cannon angle of any ship (including cannons adjacent to the helm's wheel!)
They should 100% make it so whenever The Burning Blade "sinks", it lets a crew vote to either claim it, or let it fully sink; except for the crew that most recently/currently had control of it. Letting The Burning Blade shift hands between crews would be a ton of fun, and if you ever want a new one to spawn to get more loot from the event, you just vote to let it sink.
Also, It would give zero chance to even try commanding the burning blade to less experienced players, AND would basically screw solos over even harder. It would just be a game of hot potato between the sweats who couldn't give less Fs for skeleton camps and just want it for running reaper and the guys that have done basically everything else. It can get incredibily frustrating to never be able to interact with world events because you KNOW your swabbie ass Is getting jumped by the entire server and you're done, so After a while trying and failing miserably you just start avoiding them. Even worse when you start picking up hourglass to train then, and get absolutely demolished even on 0 streak and low rep.
In that last bit, I hope everyone realizes that this is just genuinely the best team ever in sea of thieves because they were getting dog piled on the world event was after them and they had enough holes to sink 12 times over and they still survived somehow. this is the best crew in sea of thieves!!!
These guys are definitely one of the best crews, but there are better crews out there. These guys also did get out of it in the end there because another crew started boarding the Burning Blade
This is how pretty much every Flameheart ship is right now. 🤷🏻♂️ Anyone who can hold onto it for long is definitely really good. My crew of 3 didn’t have too much trouble defeating the pve ship, but someone snuck in at the last minute and claimed it and killed us. They didn’t keep it long, though, because the whole server was after them fast. 😂
@@Sudds09 I have no clue what your trying to say but pirate legend doesn't make you good, it just proves that you can farm quests for 3 companies. Most good players are pirate legends but being good comes from the time and effort they put in combat, not in becoming pirate legend.

That fight at the end of the video was just the entirety of sea of thieves and why i love sea of thieves also speaking from experience piloting the burning blade Its nearly impossible to sink unless you find a group way better than you but the less players the harder it is to manage the sails and you can be overwhelmed really quickly since its update day/night i don't expect anyone doing anything but hunting down the burning blade so when i got on it i had the entire server attack me multiple times for the ship
