Three great musicians. I was lucky to see MMW in the mid 90s right after they started going "electric" and they were incredible. The jams were intense and creative. Crowd a mix of hippies and jazzers.

Colonel Bruce is a Georgia legend. I was so blessed to see him play several times in the late 90's. His energy was a pure kundalini transmission.

My old band opened for Bruce and The Code Talkers and I remember him shit'n on String Cheese Incident when we were hanging out backstage. I was horrified to hear him say that from being such a huge fan of SCI (not as much as ARU) at that moment, but it was probably what I needed to hear at the time.

1st experience with seeing MMW was the year Phish 1st played red rocks. We ditch tha show on the last night. 1st time i had eaten a ganja goo ball!! Let's just say it was a hell of a ride. We left Red Rock for Denver to see mmw at an old theater it was sold out when got there. Luckily, I got in at the last moment. I was blown away. We proceeded to follow them to their next show, which was at a community center. I forget what state. That center was taken on a magical journey that night!!
