Basically it was a waste of time for management. Staff do not care about the company. They care about getting paid. If they cared about the company meetings they'd have their own company. Save your time and use it to grow the business. Give appropriate company information on a 1 to 1 basis and anything that everyone needs to know, in writing by email with a step by step procedure.
