Nice video. I kind of wish I had seen this about 1 month ago because I quit the game due to too many changes and difficulties for new players. It looks like one of my problems was that I stopped playing the story after episode 1. Trying to get materials to limit break your heroes when you don't have your "Forest" maxed out was a huge problem as well for me after the recent change. I am happy I quit (played about 2 months), however, because the game was too much of a grindfest for me personally. I don't have the time to grind for hours and hours in the day just to level up heroes and get better gear.
I'm sorry to hear that but I completely understand. I used to play other games and quit for the same reason. I don't want to be a slave to my phone. As a free player you could do well playing 30-60 minutes a day. The developers really give players a lot of resources if you know where to look. Some players have asked me to create a guide for a new player just starting out. I'm thinking of making a new account and just documenting what to do and how to progress. I'm not sure if you'd be interested in something like that.
@@AmazinglyAverage Thanks for the reply and it's likely I was doing well enough for a F2P player who basically did my dailies every day plus some grinding on some days where I had more time to play. The amount of content in the game is just overwhelming for someone who doesn't want to spend hours per day on the game. Plus, I don't care about PvP at all, and it seems like lots of endgame is devoted to PvP. They do give you a lot of resources to start out, but it belies the fact that the developers built the game to make it very hard to rank up skills, awaken, get new units, and get/level up equipment. It is almost as if they have to give out all that free stuff to "soft patch" the game to make it interesting/easy enough for new players to try it. Even with the free stuff I got, getting catalysts was still a huge pain and another reason why I quit. The drop rates are atrocious especially for epic catalysts from my limited experience. It got too tedious for me to try to level up skills. The bottom line is that I have a limited amount of time to play every day and there are just other games I would rather devote my time to. If Epic Seven ever added a feature where you could grind your battles offline (like Artery Gear has), I'd consider coming back to it. Otherwise, coming back to it isn't likely to happen.

I put Furious into Grace of Growth, used a potion of ascension on Muwi and then leveled Sigret and Angelica to 60. Sigret and Muwi are using the 2 free attack sets you get, Angelica is using the free HP set and Furious can either use the free HP set or the speed set from Nixied Sanctum. From a new account to full auto W13 is maybe 2 weeks of gameplay.
Bro according to your prev vid there're energy you can buy in shops like conquest points and also guild shop. Is it worthit as a new player to buy those? I am playing for about 3 months now and I think buying stuff in the guildshop costs armband which is quiet hard to get even if your guild is active, also adding the fact that you have to prioritize buying artifacts and their imprints at the very beginning makes it even more not worthit for newbies. Same with the conquest points, I am sitting on the challenger 5 rank and it's obviously hard to climb up so we learned a trick or two on burning flags which gives us half the points around 4 points per flag and knowing the small amount of points you can earn and the stuff in the shop is also quiet expensive like destruction sets which are highly needed on every account. I think the strategy of buying energy on shops is not a good option for us new players 🥺. It's literally hard to acquire resources specially gold in this game for us newbies who are f2p. Although there're free energies, I can only manage to run 30 adventures per day due to the little amount of energy regenerating. 😢
As a new player, you should buy the energy and flags from the Friendship shop every day. The guild energy is purchased by the guild leader using what people donate. They should buy the 50 energy and gold buff every day. The 30 energy is really expensive and you can't buy it every day. I normally start to buy it five days before a buff event. Every player, you should buy everything that costs Brave Crests in the guild shop. You should be generating more than enough through aid, world boss, and donations. The Commander Armbands should only go to buying artifacts until you have them all. You should also watch 5 ads per day for 100 energy. It only takes 3 minutes or less. I had one 30 second ad and four 5 second ads today. If you're Challenger V or above, and you have the dispatch missions for Hunt and War, then you should have enough conquest points to buy all of the equipment every season. Every player should buy the molagora from the Conquest Shop every week. After that you need to buy the Unknown Slate first and then start buying equipment. Start with the current season. Once you have all the gear from there, then you can buy older seasons if you want. As a new player, you should buy the equipment from the Conquest Season, Triumph Season, Indomitable Season, Valorous Season, Insight Season and Ravager's Season. Those seasons will roll better than the rest. Some day you'll have all of the equipment that you want and can start buying energy with conquest points.

Btw I'm sitting around 1400 conquest points right now and I am planning to buy the last destruction piece from the last season which costs like 1800 and I think it'll be worthit for me and would be great for my hunt teams.
@@CheonM4a Don't feel bad, you're doing great to be in Challenger. Not everyone makes it so high! Many people just choose to stay there and collect the skystones every week. Make sure to do the NPC battles every day and burn extra flags for points. You'll have enough points to do everything.

@@CheonM4a I think the biggest thing is to nail down your daily routine and resource management. The goal of E7 is to build powerful heroes over time. I did a series where I took an account from zero to end game in about 100 days. I spend skystones for new heroes that I want. On buff weekends I'll refresh energy with skystones when I run out of leifs. In the beginning I only spend molagora on heroes skills that are necessary. You can take a few heroes to +15 if you want, but I mostly save them. Some players like to rush to hunt 13, farm it a bunch, and try to build heroes right away. That's cool, but I was playing for the joy of playing. Once you decide to rush hunts or naturally progress into end game, then it's building on your account every day to get where you want to go. Sometimes it won't feel like you did a lot until you notice how far you've come one day. There are also achievements in Abyss and Dagger Sicar that keep it interesting. I just use anyone that needs friendship! If you really want to be optimal then use opposite elements or neutral elements. If all the enemies are green and blue, then pick a full team of green and you'll clear it faster. Landy and SSB clear everything the fastest!
I just want infinite charms so I can ehance my gear all day and see what i get.. this game does not give out charms enough to level gear so I always have to use the crafting benching blues and purples to level my gear.. its a gold sink but what else can you do...
The gear scoring system definitely helps save charms. I buy them from Huche every day and it helps to stockpile labyrinth coins to buy right side charms.
I've always looked at it as a balance between gold, promotions and equipment. Sometimes I'll do hunts all week and sometimes I'll mix it up between hunts and story mode. I think we'll do more equipment vids in the future if there's anything you want see.

@@--Seratin- That's a good point. Can you imagine the power creep if every piece that dropped was good though? The 1% would destroy everyone no contest. I think they know it's a problem and tried to help with the level 88 updates. Hell raid drops 1-3 pieces of level 88 gear every run and it's been really good starting value. The labyrinth shop has amazing pieces and the arena gear is greatly improved as well. Ancient Inheritance is very good as well, but somewhat random and infrequent.
@@AmazinglyAverage i mean i still get garbage purple gear everytime and removing flat main stats on right side of equip really helps new players to get main stat up easily since they arent picky about subs like veteran players. i dont see much power creep from these changes.
@@--Seratin- I agree it would definitely help. I hate when I get a piece with perfect subs and it's flat HP main stat. You're right, I've gotten a lot more picky about the gear that I roll now. I might roll 20 pieces out of 100 and throw away 15 of those if the rolls are low. I'm for anything that would help with that.
You get the most stigma from Episode 4, map 10, where the maps have level 81 enemies. The higher the difficulty, the slower the farming, and you might pick a lower level that you can finish faster instead.

Can someone tell me why i didn't get penguin anymore by farming in story mode? Did they remove it and replace the penguin with stigma? (sorry oot) The new promotion system is sucks :( I can easily 6* my hero when i first play this game. Although my hero slot is full of phantasma. But, still. It was so easy to progress with phantasma.. i could just promote the 4* phantasma to 5* and it was so easy... Now its sucks. They didn't give the fair amount of silver bloom to player... Like the adventure reward is horribly unfair. They still keeping 1 silver bloom like wth... 1 phantasma worth more than 1 bloom... Can someone give me a tips on this? Please help..
I completely understand. We've been exploring the new promotion system over the last few weeks and it has a lot to offer. They replaced the penguin mileage with stigma generation when you complete story mode or unrecorded history with maximum level heroes. They also give you spirit blooms when you release heroes and imprint heroes. @@sukasukagaming4174 We generate about 300 energy per day and the game gives us 400-500 energy in rewards plus 60-80 leifs per month. A fulltime player will get about 21-30k energy per month. You can organize your mailbox to show the expiring energy at the top. I'll use energy that's going to expire or else I just let it pile up. On the first hunt buff day I'll collect 30-40 energy mail and then burn 30-40 leifs with pets. On the second day I'll burn 100 leifs and then start burning through skystones refreshing energy when the leifs run out. If there is a third buff day, like with all buffs active, then I'll burn 3k skystones per day refreshing energy.

It's best to just use the hero you want to level. Using penguins to level is -50% exp value than just using the hero.
