What do you mean elbow up through the bag?

like your elbow turning in and coming up more than a regular throw

Pinky over thumb was another reminder that helped me along with elbow up. So when you release the bag you’re twisting your arm and wrist more than normal, your palm isn’t horizontal, the pinky is higher than the thumb. When I get that right I generally get a rolling bag. Getting it to go where I want it to is a totally different story though lol.

Can’t get the bag to be back loaded for it to get the bounce and roll

you know how your hand needs to be flat to throw a normal bag? think about your wrist at a 45 degree angle and flick your wrist some. hopefully that helps. it's a tough shot to learn. easier with carpet bags too

Thanks for the video! Maybe ditch the music or at least turn it way down, hard to hear what you're saying. ✌

This is an old video I have to remake it - this was before I had all my tech equipment lol. But thank you.

@@tjcornhole Could you do a video on improving consistency? How to work on it and what to practice. That’s by far my biggest issue. I can hit airmails and pushes and throw four baggers then turn around and throw friggin fives the next two frames and have no idea what I did wrong, throws felt normal.

why be a pro when there is little money in it? professional players make between 5 and 50 k a year.
so being called a pro basically means you make some money playing a backyard game you love.
it does not seem to be worth all the effort to me.

The sport isn't there yet but that's where it's headed. The payouts are great at certain events when you win right now and hopefully one day all players can be paid a base salary and make this a full time job. I know they are working to put Cornhole in the Olympics by 2023 estimated.
