@@katherinehoward3127 so jobs up to 3bd 3ba I would staff one cleaner but in cases where there are multiple same day check-ins (meaning there’s a guest checking in the same day another guest checks out) I would send a team of two to make sure all the properties are ready by check in time. It really depends on how quickly you need to have all your properties turned in a day.

Pricing really depends on the area you’re operating in. For my area, it could range from $65-$95 depending on what all the client needs done.
