First off this looks ridiculously delicious. I'm curious if someone can tell me how Korean fried chicken differs from the American style. It looks the same so is there something unique in the seasoning or the batter? Is it prepped differently?
Those birds are having such a nice creamy bath and then a deep fry to a crisp...delicious and fantastic...🤗🤗🤗

I believe their batter is a little thinner closer to tempura
Also the spices/flavouring normally comes in the sauce/flavoured powder
