I love how much pride they take in their work, it shows in the quality
That's crazy, seeing as how they don't trim a single piece of meat they serve. There is a reason certain parts of an animal are taken out during the butchering process. Because they are NOT PLEASANT to eat. Over there, they are just like, "Yeah I had to fight through the meat. Sinew, tendons, grissel. All that stuff. 10/10 great meal. Oh, and all the meat was boiled and grey by the way." Yeah, nah. You need to trim your meat. Using every part of the animal and eating disgusting food are not the same thing. Trim the chicken. I would not touch this food.
@@waffleman85What are you even talking about? Nothing needs trimming here. Just chicken legs, wings and boneless thighs. If you are some sort of fat weenie who doesn't want skin or chicken fat why do you even watch these videos? Go watch steamed veggie videos or something.

some of my fondest memories are of walking the streets of Thailand and trying the street foods. It didn't matter if I didn't know what it was, if it looked good and smelled good it would be good. What ingredient were they putting with the chicken in most of the dishes ? It was looked white or maybe yellow and was cooked with the sauce
I would guess it's dumplings, or some sort of sticks made with potatos and flour/starch. The purpose of them is to lower the intensity of the dish, like a break in between chicken pieces, but i can be wrong :")
Korean rice cake! Google "tteok" if you want to learn more. It's like a very chewy texture

Yum! I don't fry food very much but it looked like some of the chicken being put in the fryer was already fried? Are they double frying the chicken? Does that make it crisper?
Double frying is a technique to allow as much moisture reduction as possible, yes. By letting it cool more water leaves, then you finish it with a flash fry to get it nice and crispy.

You know Vegans are shedding a tear while watching this video. While most of us are like "damn it now im starving".
첫번째랑 두번째 집에서 가장 크게 눈에 띄는건 위생의 차이인것 같아.
첫번째 집은 위생장갑을 껴도 셔터 올릴때도, 각종 기구들이나 가구 옮길때도, 심지어 생물인 상태를 조리 할 때도 같은 위생 장갑을 낌.
영상에서 장갑을 수시로 바꿔주는지 안나오니까 영상만으로는 첫번째 집은 좀 찜찜함.
두번째 집은 목장갑을 쓰지만 각종 기구를 쓸 때 만 그렇고 식품에 손이 가야 할 땐 비닐 위생장갑을 한겹 더 껴입음.
난 이 영상만으로 판단 해야하니 당연히 두번째 집 갈거임.
기구나 전체적인 가게 청결상태도 2번째가 더욱 깨끗함.
저도 첫번째 가게는 절대 안갈듯
저도 무조건 두번째 집!!! 첫번째 교동은 망원점에서도 사람들 지나다니는 곳에 미세먼지가 많아도 다 열어놓고 판매함ㅠ 찝찝해서 못먹겠음..
위생 신경써봤자 어차피 눈에 보이지 않는곳은 거기서 거기야. 똥싸고 손닦고 만들었는지 그냥 만들엇는지 알게뭐야??
게다가 첫번째 집은 주방에서 모자도 안쓰네요..
