Getting Started As a Composer | An Interview with Austin Wintory

During one of my final days at Rowan University, I had the wonderful opportunity to talk with Austin Wintory, the composer for Journey, The Banner Saga, Erica, Aliens: Fireteam Elite, and many other amazing works.
In this interview, Austin talks about what it's like to work in many different worlds of music, from the concert hall to the big screen, getting started in each of these avenues, and weathering the difficult early stages of a career in music composition.
