Did I hear that right? Did he say four-million-dollars to renovate an office? That is a $4000000 Mansion for an office.

Very good interview, including some discussion. I wish well for all students who come to be stuck in situations like these Temple U. students did ; also, maybe, other struggles that they can have. I was never aware of such situations at the U. I went to from 1985 to 1988 at Bishop's U. in Lennoxville, Quebec, Canada. I was employed as a tutor there for a few months, short due to the job being for fall and winter semesters, but with me giving up the job, because of not receiving feedback about how the students I tutored had improved in their math courses (business) and I didn't want to take $$$ from them if my tutoring them didn't really help them. Had the same experience in college, and the students I tutored gave me high evaluations (in both cases/schools), except that I didn't know anything about these things, until I quit both jobs. I don't want to undertake such roles, unless I get feedback, esp. that is positive. After all, if I am not helping these people, then I should seek other work to do ; that is, try to seek, for we don't know if we'll then be successful, or not. That didn't matter, for what did was whether or not I was of any real aid to these students. They gave feedback to the office where tutors were administered, say, but not directly to me, and the admin. office did or had not informed me.
